The whole process from ordering specifics online to payment was streamlined and easy. The website is very easy to navigate. My order arrived quickly, was exactly the high quality I was expecting and was beautifully engraved. All this was done for a very reasonable price.

Unfortunately, there was a flaw in the fabric of a personalised apron order. When I contacted customer services, they got straight back to me and a new apron arrived the following morning. A very speedy service, which meant I had the present in time to give 😀

I ordered the gift bottle with a letter inside that you personalise. I ordered the optional wooden box and presentation box to go with it and so glad I did and the quality was excellent and they completed it. I placed the order in the morning and they arrived the following morning I didn’t expect that.

Ordered in the morning and my personalised gift came the following day. I didn’t expect that ! I ordered a letter in a bottle and had the optional wooden box as extra. They are so beautiful. I also had the presentation box and I’m so glad I did because it completed it. They were much bigger than I expected. The quality was superb.
I had made a mistake on the personalisation and they were amazing sorting it out for me, communication was fantastic. They kept in touch constantly by email and did everything they could to rectify the situation as quickly as possible even though it wasnt their fault. I ordered a bookmark which arrived quickly, but unfortunately had been bent by Evri in transit. The customer service team pulled out all the stops to make sure I had a replacement in time for my son's birthday.

Ordered a picture frame that is advertised as oak. Turns out it is mdf with cheap oak photographic veneer. Misleading advertising. It should say oak photo veneer. Waste of money.
