I ordered a personalised water bottle as a teacher’s gift from Personalised Gifts Shop yesterday morning 14/07/26. It was last minute and selected a 1-2 days delivery. I emailed customer service if possible to change the delivery to next day and pay for it. Very quick response by Charlotte and they are very kind to upgrade my delivery to next day for free and received the well engraved water bottle the next morning 15/07/26. I am very pleased how quick they responded to emails and helped me knowing I’m bit anxious it won’t turn up on time. I have ordered from them before and it’s always well made. Perfect for presents and for personal use. Highly recommended.

Do not trust their delivery time. They do not fulfill their next day delivery if you placed your order by 8pm. Especially for personalised item. I placed mine on a Monday to give to my child's teachers on a Friday.
It still says in production as of
Wednesday and there is telephone number to contact. I emailed them but the response did not address my query, very indifferent. These are personalised items and if they are not get delivered on time I don't know what to do with them as school closes for Summer this Friday.
Very disappointed.

After this review, Charlotte reached out to me and offered me the opportunity to pay for next day delivery so hopefully I should get my order on time. Fingers crossed 🤞

Had first class exceptional customer service from Ernie and his team with 4 Bespoke Aprons that were custom designed for my husband. The turnaround service time was fast and once the Aprons arrived they were produced and printed to a high standard of quality and perfection. We were able to to see the digital templates before the Aprons went to print and we were very happy with the quality of work. We were backwards and forwards direct with Ernie and any alterations were done to our satisfaction before the job was agreed.

We have used this company twice before for other business and will continue to use their services.

What superb service from this company ❤️. I ordered a personalised flower pot for a friends anniversary but it discoloured when planted up. I contacted the company and they had never known this happen before and replaced it with another, almost by return of post. Second one looks great.
The printing on the pots as mentioned by other reviewers could be darker as it seems a little light but our friends loved it. Will defo buy other gifts from them 😄

Fab service, my personalised item came sadly broken, I emailed the fabulous company and they sent me the exact same product with extra packaging for no extra charge! The product arrived very fast and was as beautiful as seen online! I will defo be ordering again in the future!

I ordered a wooden container for a bottle of champagne. I got it engraved, but didn’t fill what I wanted written on the back. The team were excellent at resolving the issue for me. They managed to get it returned to me on the day of the wedding I was attending. I would definitely highly recommend this company. Also I hope to use their services in the future.

The delivery company weren't so caring with the delivery unfortunately- but thankfully PGS packaged the items with great care so they remained unharmed. Wonderful customer service, and replied promptly the next working day as my order was delivered on the weekend.

Fantastic service from the Personalised Gifts Shop team. The water bottles are perfect for party bag gifts for my son's birthday and when I realised I hadn't allowed enough time for delivery Charlotte was kind enough to sort it out for me. The bottles arrived in the nick of time and they are great quality. I would highly recommend.

I ordered a beautiful personalised plant pot, but unfortunately it arrived broken. It was clear that the damage occurred during delivery rather than being the fault of the company, as the item was extremely well packaged.

I contacted Personalised Gifts Company, and their response was brilliant. They replied very quickly, immediately offered a replacement, and sent it out straight away.

Although it was disappointing that the first item arrived damaged, the excellent customer service more than made up for it. The whole experience has been positive, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from Personalised Gifts Company again.

Wonderful service and stunning item. Couldn't have asked for anything more beautiful. Bought a picture frame with words and leaves on it for a neighbour who lost her husband and it was perfect. I also recommend getting a box for this type of thing if it is a gift. It was well packaged up and immaculate. I can't think you enough. So beautiful.
