We went to puppy club on Saturday morning. Which is ran superbly by the staff, lots of really nice products, knowledgeable staff.

I was so impressed with the range of toys and treats on offer when purchasing for a kitten! I’d say it’s the best range I’ve seen in any shop! I had a quick browse of the other relevant ranges for our pets. Jack was very knowledgeable and advised on what toys was best for the kittens age. I will be returning for sure!

The staff in the Northampton branch at Northampton garden centre are amazing. I have a dog with loads of allergies. The lady who I spoke to, had loads of time and we went through the allergy list and compared dog foods. Absolutely amazing results. Highly recommend this pet store.

Ceo prefer crap gunpowder over animal wellbeing his firework party kills animals.

No doubt pet corner will try to get this taken down again as they try to cover it up

I have a very nervous rescue. Staff in Chipping Norton have been so kind and given him time to gain confidence. Now we cannot walk past the store without him wanting to go in to see everyone.
I shop in the store regularly and he always has his nails done with the groomer.
A lovely shopping experience every time we go in.

Having just adopted a kitten I went to my local (Andover) PetsCorner for some supplies and advice. I received a warm, genuine welcome and once I had explained the situation Connor provided plenty of practical and knowledgeable advice based on an obvious love of animals and his own experience. I have since gone back several times and will certainly be returning to take advantage of the huge range of products and the excellent, friendly advice of the lovely staff. I will happily recommend to anyone.

Scott, at Pugh’s garden centre at radyr shop is truly amazing. We have many pet shops in walking distance, but we only go to the radyr store. My dog Chester is 3 years old and went to puppy class there . Every one was amazing with their care and customer service. But uncle Scott that’s are nick name for him. He is so knowledgeable and we put our trust in him on what he recommends.nothing is much trouble not just for us but other customers as well .he really is a credit to your store .🐶

At last the perfect Mr Richmonds mask slips. If you believe in karma then it has finally caught up with the CEO.
To the poor lady that had Dean laugh in her face, a lot of us have had to experience the arrogance of this man who thinks he is above everyone else, Pets Corner should now be discussing ways to remove Dean Richmond as CEO, I will no longer shop at pets corner, I will also advise my friends and family to withdraw their custom as well, as an ex employee please don't treat the shop staff the way Mr Richmond is being treated at the moment, its not their fault and they are not responsible for Mr Richmonds actions, I'm sure they are all under threat of losing their jobs if they speak out against him.

Brilliant customer service

The staff in Pets Corner are very knowledgeable and friendly. My dog is always welcomed with a treat and a little fuss made of him.
I won’t be boycotting Pets Corner, despite the arrogance of the ceo …because any intelligent thinking person will be aware that the staff will be in danger of losing their jobs. Minimum wage is poor but being forced to find a new job in the current job market is not something they should be facing.

Reading about the owner of Pets Corner, and its owner and his wretched fireworks display, it looks like I will be going elsewhere for my hedgehog food.It wouldn't just be people and domestic pets who suffered, it would also be wildlife.

I normally get my dog Jack's food from our local branch in Melksham, Wiltshire (staff always so friendly, always offer to help carry if I buy large amount etc and are very understanding of his poor attempts at biscuit theft...) but have been without a car for a week or so, so I decided to order online. The order was dispatched extremely quickly and as I work from home, I was ready to intercept whenever it arrived. Unfortunately DPD either didnt find the right address or didnt attempt delivery as I received a notification that no one was home, and bizarely they redirected it to a local branch of Co-op - despite myself a 3 others members of my family being home and near front door at the time. Obviously with no car, this was no use to me so I reached out to Pets Corner to report the poor delivery attempt and to see if they could get DPD to try re-deliver. Laurel from the team was right on it, with friendly and well-spoken email, they apologised and within 3 hours of reporting it, they had ordered me a new bag of food to be dispatched that same day - it was so fast and was delivered perfectly the following day with no issue - I was so impressed with the level of service and speed. I made sure to report this good customer service and also received a follow up email from the group chairman to thank me for my feedback and to confirm they had passed my feedback onto Laurel, which I am so glad and appreciative of and again, impressed with the fact they took time to follow up. Would definitely recommend using this company as clearly they invest in good customer service and staff appreciation, and care about their customers. I will be continuing to buy from them for many years to come!

As a Pets Corner customer, I am horrified and disgusted by the actions of CEO Dean Richmond, who held a massive fireworks display despite his company’s stated commitment to animal welfare. It is an act of hypocrisy and negligence that the head of a pet company, fully aware of the distress fireworks cause, proceeded with an event that allegedly resulted in a young horse’s death. This blatant disregard for the animals he claims to care for utterly compromises the ethical foundation of the entire Pets Corner brand.

Im appalled at the attitude and crass behaviour of this wannabee playboy . A typical hypocrite , he spouts on about his ethical stance with regards to Gods creatures. Then without much thought for the welfare of animals both wild and domestic that reside in the locality he has a FIREWORKS PARTY !!!!!!. Am i missing something here or ? Boycott his overpriced shops and make him suffer i say .

I found the shop very expensive so I hardly went in. But after the CEO's fireworks display the other day, when a horse in the neighbouring field had to be put down, I will boycott them. What a hypocrite!

I was appalled to read about the fireworks incident involving the CEO of Pets Corner. My dog (8) has PTSD from fireworks in a park when he was a puppy. The strongest drugs from the vet don't help him in his extreme distress, neither does any other attempted solution. The callousness of this man is extraordinary. I will never go back to Pets Corner.

Hey, you all may need to read my previous review, so bear with me ...

Nipped in to St Albans Pets Corner today, to pick up more Pettex cat litter for Bagheera 🐈‍⬛. Yup she really is a teeny weeny black panther! 🤣

I was greeted warmly with a hello and offer of assistance, which is lovely and so totally typical of the team members at this branch, bless them! 🥰

I perused the dog toys as I needed a Christmas gift for my friend's dog 🐕 The emoji is actually quite apt as the lovely hound is a wire haired Hungarian Visla and is ... orange! 😁

I selected what I thought was an appropriate toy. Hope I chose well 🤞

Then I moved on to the Catit treats. They were recommended on my last visit and 🐈‍⬛ loves them, so I got a big selection pack. She is gonna be one happy mog! 😁

Now then, this is where it gets serious...

I went to the Pettex area. I was a bit nervous, can't deny it. I don't give up easily, so I grabbed a 10kg bag and ...YAY, it was on my shoulder, no problemo!

I waltzed to the till with it still on my shoulder, and there was a really cute dog there ... apparently modelling a snuggly jumper! How sweet 🥰

The Team members clearly love what they do, interact with their customers (be they human or otherwise) and give their absolute best! 😁👍

No CEO of a company supplying pet products should be having a noisy fireworks display which would certainly cause distress to pets and wild animals. I have a dog who becomes very distressed with fireworks so will not purchase from this company again

Appalling behaviour by CEO towards animals. I’ve been a regular customer at my local shop for over 10 years but will never buy from this company again
