Unfriendly unhelpful staff
Visited Lewes store to day no one was at the till when I came in two staff members were down the back chatting one did say hello after I said didn’t ask if I needed any help took me some time to find what I wonted. at till lady didn’t say much like for example did you find everything you needed just said do you won’t receipt I said thank you good bye but nothing in return one lady was swiping floor at 17-00 so maybe don’t like customers coming in I have visited other pet corners one in Brighton and in Peacehaven and always find the staff friendly and helpful but not at Lewes will avoid maybe manager could give the staff some training probably the lady who took my money was the manager it’s the way it is these days.

Understanding my cats needs.
As a regular to Pets Corner in Basingstoke, I am always welcomed by the staff with a happy familiar smile and it is a pleasure to share stories of our beloved pets. I gain a lot of insight and understanding into my cats behavior through the knowledge of all the staff and that helps me make correct decisions of food and products for all my animals. Poor customer service experience
Poor customer service experience. Staff member that served me demonstrated a very limited knowledge of their product offer despite insisting they were nutritionally trained and could advise on all products. Kept repeating same information / advice without listening to my pets requirements. Very contrary and argumentative. Thankfully all products list their nutritional values and ingredients so I was able to educate myself on the product available and push back on advice provided in store. If it was not for store convenience and my own research I would not shop with this branch again.

Pets Corner Review
Have been visiting Pets Corner for many years with my wife and our dog Bolt. The selection of toys, accessories, special treats and biscuits are excellent and the staff who obviously are animal lovers always make a fuss of all their four legged shoppers who are offered a treat before they leave the store. The weighing machine is another reason to visit the shop as you can check whether your best friend is getting a bit porky and needs to cut down on his or her food and in between meal snacks. Bridgemere is very dog friendly and even has a section in the restaurant where you can enjoy a meal in the company of your faithful companion. We always look forward to our next visit.

Staff and a shop that really cares
I came in looking for alternatives to improve our senior cat's diet and Pets Corner staff were just the best. They asked a range of questions to gauge what the best options were and gave me options of wet, dry and mixed alternative foods but more importantly the gentleman who helped me taught me knew things about how to introduce the food slowly and safely especially give n that we have a senior cat. I cannot recommend this pet store enough, the staff are always super friendly and helpful and what's more is they have experience with animals themselves so aren't just selling products but care what they sell and the animal who will benefit from the product.

I went into pets corner on George…
I went into pets corner on George street a few weeks ago and received some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. I was helped by a lovely young woman I think her name was Hannah. I was having a hard time reading the ingredients on some dog food as it was so small and she came over to see if I needed any help and kindly read out all of the ingredients on the bag and I explained my dog has various allergies which was causing him to have very itchy skin. She spent the time talking to me about lots of different foods that might suit my dog better than was he was eating I ended up choosing one called simply in the salmon flavour and it has helps my dog so much his skin has stopped itching completely and his fur has started to grow back too, she also recommended adding salmon oil into it and I believe that has helped make the healing process much faster.
Extremely greatful for her kindness and knowledge.She’s an incredible asset to your team!

Positive experience
I have nothing but positive things to say about Pets Corner.
The quality of the food is good and the staff have always been so helpful. Sometimes the particular sack of food I have wanted to purchase is out of stock in my local branch so it has been sourced from other branches that do have it in stock. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. I wanted to say a special thank you to Magda who went above and beyond to help me today when I emailed after the sad loss of my pet on Monday following a stroke. I wanted to try to get a refund on the unused sack of food, I didn’t have a receipt and I didn’t think it was going to be possible for it to be refunded, but I received such a kind email. It really meant a lot after the sad loss of my pet. My receipt was located on the system and I am now able to go to my local branch for it to be refunded. Thank you Magda for your kindness today and for everything you did. It was very much appreciated.

The packaging had collapsed. I had to ask delivery man if everything was there. Box not strong enough for weight of contents.

We order regularly from Pets Corner, their range is great and the quality of what they stock is superb. As a multi-cat and dog household, the next day delivery has saved us several times!
