Money cashed but neither received product nor any feed-back to my query... incredibly disappointing

So far I found my product (vet prescribed medicine) phoned for help, given direction, placed order and sent prescription on the Monday (recorded delivery) and the meds arrived on the Wednesday. Pretty impressed so far.

I ordered a product that requires vet prescription and the order is pending. Since placing the order I have found a company that send this product without prescription as it is urgent! I have sent two messages asking for this order to be cancelled, I have not had a response to either message! Maybe there is a problem with the messaging system. I’m not very happy!

I still haven't received my order... Having emailed via their website and no one has contacted me!!! NOT HAPPY

My experience with Pharmplex was somewhat frustrating. They will fulfill vetinary prescritions according to a web search. One was obtained & the order placed with them. I suspected that an original prescription would be required so sent an email asking if this was so.
Although this was through the 'contact us' there was no reply.
I phoned the branch in Nottingham where apparently the orders are dispensed and was told repeatedly I had sent a European prescription which they couldn't supply. I realised later they had confused my order with another for the same item.
After finally sending the original prescription I received my order
nearly two weeks after it was placed.
It is hoped that my experience was a one off & is not typical of their usual service.

Generally satisfied with service, except for my most recent order, which was late. The most perplexing problem was my numerous messages and telephone calls did not receive a response.

The request to review Pharmplex Direct is received before the order is even shipped. This makes it difficult to review anything.

Rang them several times and got cut off.

I have used Pharmaplex numerous times and I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of service each time.

Absolutely fine, but a bit slow. Took 4 days from order to despatch, then 1 day for delivery. Not the fastest but thankfully not needed quicker this time around.

No problem with my order ,received promptly and well packaged .

2 weeks have passed since i ordered an urgent medicine not found locally. I mailed the original prescription as per their requirement (via registered post) and they received it in 4 days (they had to sign to receive it, so they received it), yet they did not send the order nor marked in their system that they received said prescription nor told me that theirs a problem with the prescription or anything (after 9 days of receiving it)........

Not only that but their website have been offline for the past 4-5 days too, They dont provide any emails to be contacted on, and when i contacted them via their online form on their website (when it was online) they didn't even bothered to reply.

Now I'm left without medicine, wasted 2 weeks, and I no longer have the original prescription because they require the mailing of the original (to get another prescription I must go to the doctor again - a waste of time. I also have to explain why i need another prescription and have to pay him again)

The website being offline is actually a good thing - it will be for the common good if they remain offline forever!

Update: 4 hours after posting the review, they replied (below). it is bothersome to receive such a fast reply only because my review is public while the same company did not bothered to reply to my queries when I contacted them privately from their website.

Now their website is magically back online. Can one believe that their website have been offline for days (ie: presumably they received no orders or customer queries during all this time) and they bothered to check only after my review?....

Message to Company: my order number is: 53543 - kindly cancel it asap so to at least save me the time from going through the payment gateway. Contact me via email if you want me to send you the tracking number of the prescription and proof that your company have it ("Item delivered/collected by recipient" on 26 March 2019 12:51:00)

Ordered medicines on Tuesday, which needed to be verified by original (postal) prescription; they arrived on Friday! Super fast service and the cheapest source we have found for a very expensive medication for our dog, who has epilepsy.
