You placed your order on 2/8/18 and it was dispatched on 10/8/18. Our system sent you a message with the tracking number at the time of dispatch.
Based on tracking information, on the 11th your parcel was processed through the USPS system at ISC LA. We could not find messages from you in our system, might be an error on our side. I asked the website maintenance to look into it. It also seems that you did not receive our message about the dispatch. The message might have landed in our spam folder please check it at your earliest convenience.

Our website gives multiple warnings when purchasing prescription items that you have to be in the possession of a valid prescription and that you have to mail it to us before we can dispatch your order. These are due to regulations which we have to follow. I also looked up your correspondence but could not find messages from you on our website. As we assume that you do not have the prescription to cover your order. we will send full refund.
