I have ordered many times from the company and, do like their clothes. However, as soon as anything goes wrong they are an absolute nightmare. Most recently, a hoodie ordered on 21st December 2025 has not arrived. I have sent two emails asking for an update and both have been ignored. I have demanded the cancellation of the order and a full refunds and doubtless, that will be ignored too. I then have to work out what legal angles I have to recover good money for something I have not received. I have spent several thousand pounds with the company and will never use them again.

Seit Jahren dauerhafte Werbung! SPAM!!!!! Alle Mails und Kontaktaufnahmen werden ignoriert!! Der Laden ist ein Fall für die Staatsanwaltschaft, Polizei,, Behörden und dem Verbraucherschutz!!!! Löschungen werden nocht akzeptiert! Daten werden weiter veröffentlicht!!! FINGER WEG!!!!!

I purchased a pair of shoes from Philipp Plein during Black Friday on November 15th, delivered on November 25th. I am simply trying to exchange them for one size smaller.
Customer service refuses the exchange, saying that more than 14 days have passed since the purchase. However, their website now states that purchases made before December 31 can be exchanged or returned until January 15, although this was not mentioned at the time of purchase.
Many Black Friday purchases are intended as Christmas gifts, so items are not always tried immediately. Refusing a simple size exchange in this situation shows a lack of flexibility.
Overall, a disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from Philipp Plein.

Poorly made, over priced clothes, knock -off designs with no originality - No wonder he’s gets sued left right and center. And to top it off, sounds like he’s pretty awful person. Don’t waste your money.

The Philipp Plein online store is a company of scammers and manufacturers of low-quality clothing. When buying a jacket, it was stated that delivery was free, but they took money for delivery, which I was able to return only after complaining to the Eidgenössisches Departement für Staatsakretariau für Schat SEC VVBF. Now the zipper on the trigger has stopped working, the jacket either has to be taken off over the head when the zipper comes apart or used at all. I wrote to the Philipp Plein online store - no response. I am preparing a complaint to the Eidgenössisches Departement für Staatsakretariau für Schat SEC VVBF with a request to hold the Philipp Plein online store accountable for fraud and deceiving customers. I do not recommend buying items from Philipp Plein.
