Worst “customer service” in the world
I have ordered many times from the company and, do like their clothes. However, as soon as anything goes wrong they are an absolute nightmare. Most recently, a hoodie ordered on 21st December 2025 has not arrived. I have sent two emails asking for an update and both have been ignored. I have demanded the cancellation of the order and a full refunds and doubtless, that will be ignored too. I then have to work out what legal angles I have to recover good money for something I have not received. I have spent several thousand pounds with the company and will never use them again.
