Ils ont juste oublié de dire que c était ridiculement très petit . Le contraire du prix .

The plants are of good quality, but the customer service is a nightmare. They never reply to emails, they don’t answer calls, and there is no customer service via WhatsApp.
They offer loyalty points that can never be converted into discount vouchers, as the website always returns an error, most likely on purpose.

I placed an order at the beginning of January 2026 & paid almost €150. Three months later, I've received nothing - not so much as an update. I've tried contacting customer support four times since February, but my messages (which they have read) are being ignored. No response, no explanation, no further information.

It's not that hard to answer a simple question, so I can only conclude that Phytesia cancelled my order and then purposely decided not to tell me. That way, they could keep my payment despite not fulfilling the order.

Reading some recent reviews of other customers, it appears that Phytesia have developed a habit of doing this; they'll accept your purchase & take your money, but then pretend you don't exist when you try to follow up. This is a shameful way of doing business for a so-called specialist grower. Until they address this behaviour, I can only advise avoiding Phytesia.

Dauernd wird der Liefertermin verschoben. Das nun schon seit über 2 Monaten. Die haben augenscheinlich nicht vor irgendetwas zu liefern.
Ich denke das Geld kann ich abschreiben.

Leider sehr enttäuschend! Habe Ende Januar 2026 Cypripedium und Epipactis bestellt, dazu passendes Substrat. Ware sollte aufgrund der Wetterbedingungen ab 15.02. verschickt werden (machen andere Anbieter auch so, daher besteht hier kein Grund, misstrauisch zu sein). Anfang März hatte ich per Mail angefragt, ob ein Versandtermin mittlerweile bekannt sei. 5 Tage keine Rückmeldung. Fall bei Paypal eröffnet, auch dort 10 Tage keine Rückmeldung. Paypal hat schlussendlich eine Rückerstattung eingeleitet (Käuferschutz). Schade, ich hätte die Pflanzen gerne erhalten...

Habe Cypripedium calceolus in vitro bestellt. Versand 15. 9.2025. Ware wurde nicht verschickt, habe dann über Paypal am 30.9.2025 das Geld zurückgefordert. Zwei Tage später war die Sendung unterwegs. Ware top! Keine Beantwortung der Emails, Telefon geht nicht, das war enttäuschend.

Do not trust! We had two years of excellent plants, then something changed. Now, I would no longer trust Phytesia. In our 2023 fall order for October, which was 6 months late being shipped, many of the plants were substandard quality. We were promised replacement in our order to be shipped October 2024.
While we were promised replacements with the new order, which we we were always required to pre-pay, no plants ever arrived. Despite countless emails, our fall 2024 new order and the replacements from 2023 never arrived. We are out of a substantial amount of money. After the 2024 scheduled fall delivery, excuses after excuses followed, until communications completely stopped. Despite emailing constantly for 6 straight months, there was never another reply, and no refund of our prepayment and credit. Do Not do business unless you are willing to loose all of your money. Sadly, the current management of Phytesia cannot be trusted.

Made several orders with the company previously and very happy.
Placed an order and paid the money in January 2025. 4 months later no plants and all calls and emails are not being answered.

J ai commandé 5 orchidées, le substrat conseillé avec et tout ce qui est proposé par ce vendeur pour " garantir" la reprise et la pousse des orchidées..
Malgré avoir respecté tout scrupuleusement aucun des plants n a repris .
J ai fait plusieurs mails de réclamation mais AUCUNE suite , AUCUNE réponse ne m a été donnée

Snelle levering. Er was een vergissing bij de eerste bestelling. Ze hebben meteen gereageerd op mijn mail. De dag nadien was het probleem al opgelost. Planten zeer goed verpakt en waren in goede staat. Aan te raden!

I Had na amazing expierience with them , my Plants arrived quickly and amazingly good package . As I bought my plants over the winter I don’t know yet if they are going to flower this year but I checked the buds under the ground and they look super juicy and healthy . So my hopes for the good looking plants at the spring are pretty high ;)

Har beställt orkidéer från dem några gånger. 2022 fick jag en Cypripedium nästan utan rötter, och en Dactylorhiza som såg fin ut. Skrev till dem om detta men fick inget svar. Cypripediumen kom inte upp i år och Dactylorhizan har det kommit små blad upp på hittills.
2023 beställde jag samma Cypripedium igen och fick ett exemplar med rötter, har planterat den nu och hoppas att det går bra.

Heb vorig jaar 6 soorten dactylorhiza gekocht bij dit bedrijf .vorig jaar al 3 van de 6 dood zien gaan nu voorjaar weer 1 ben al jaren(12) aan het telen met dactylorhiza volgens mij waardeloze labotorium planten mijn mening KOOP GEEN PLANTEN BIJ DIT BEDRIJF!!!!

Achat pour 100€ de plantes et de terreau aucune reprise malgré le respect des conseils
après réclamation on me demande des photos mais bien sur pas de reprise donc pas possible de faire des photos!!!
Réponse pas de remplacement!!!

Koop beslist geen planten bij dit bedrijf.
Mijn zending van orchideeën heeft waarschijnlijk een ziekte. Ik krijg geen contact met het bedrijf om dit te verifiëren.

N'achetez surtout pas de plantes de cette entreprise.
Ma cargaison d'orchidées a probablement une maladie. Je n'arrive pas à contacter l'entreprise pour vérifier cela.
