Two trees were in one box, branches on a grafted tree were broken, one limb came off wilted and almost dead out of the box. I should have checked the online reviews before ordering, you would think they would know how to ship trees to safely make it to its destination. The box was in perfect shape so it was the packers and facilities fault for the condition of the trees. It was for a memorial tree and I just hope it survives.

I purchased a lemon cypress little tree. I followed all instructions and it got dried in two weeks. I would love to send you its picture.

Ordered two English Lavender, 1 gallon each. When order arrived one bush was dead and the other not far behind. They say on their website to contact them if not satisficed, of which they do not answer with an email or a phone call. Please advise, don't order from Online Orchards or a person will be stuck with a dead plant!

Do not buy from this company..the order wss not delivered...customer service never replied your email.

THIS COMPANY HAD TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered two cherry trees (rainier and Black Tartarian) from online orchards back in may 2026. I planted these trees, dug the correct holes with length, width and depth, made sure the two trees had plenty of water. I put a tree skirt around it as a weed barrier, mulched it to ensure water , made sure the mulch was not around the base of the trunk, put a trunk guard at the base of the trunk, put a tree stake to support in windy conditions. One of the two trees that I ordered went into what I thought was immediate transplant shock. I babied that tree to make sure it had the appropriate amount of water over the next few weeks and it just hasn’t done anything. I did a scratch test on the trunk and it is dead. There is no sign of life. I’ve called these people multiple times and left messages. They do not call back. I’ve reached out to them on contact us three times and they have not contacted me back in any form or fashion I would NEVER use this company again ever and I would hope nobody reading this would as well. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!

I put in an order over $1000 through Home Depot, supplied by Online Orchards. Delayed shipping for a few weeks, then received a different variety and smaller size than ordered: 3 gallon instead of 5 gallon. The 3 gallon cost half as much as 5 gallon. Home Depot gave me half my money back but what a hassle. Had to return four plants that were dead. I message Online Orchards and never heard back from them. If ordering through a vendor like Home Depot, beware of these guys. Scammers.

Beware of this online retailer. I never got my order. I’ve called couple of times plus sent a few emails. Calls keeps going to a Google voicemail and not one response from any of the emails. Last email ai sent was to cancel the order and asking for a refund, still no answer. Currently fighting the charge through my CC.

They never sent my order. They created a shipping label 2 weeks after I placed my order, but never shipped it. They do not answer their phone. I left several voicemails, no response. I sent multiple emails, no response. I requested cancellation and a refund after a month, no response. My next step is going to be filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back. They have incredibly poor customer service and a poorly run business.

Do not purchase anything from these people. They do not answer e-mails or the phone. 2 weeks to ship 1 plant and it has been sitting on their dock for over a week now. Fedex is waiting to pick it up. It will take another week to get to me. It will be dead or die shortly after I get it. Run away.

I would not even give this company one star.

MY INDEPENDENCE NECTARINE TREE ARRIVED DEAD. FROST DEATH. I SENT THEM PICTURES OF EVERY BRANCH WITH OBVIOUS FROST DEATH ON IT.
THEY WANTED ME TO CUT THE BARK AND SEE INSIDE.
I SEEN NO POINT THE TREE ARRIVED DEAD... AND TOOK 3 PLUS WEEKS TO ARRIVE THRU THE MAIL FROM THEIR SHIPPING DATE.
THEN
I WAS TOLD IM GETTING A NEW TREE. (THAT WAS THREE WEEKS AGO)
I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT MY REPLACEMENT. WANTED ME TO SCRATCH THE BARK AND SEE IF ITS ALIVE
I SENT THEM PICTURES OF IT BURNED IN MY DIRT PILE.
I ORDERED THE TREE IN FEBRUARY AND THIS IS STILL ON THE TABLE.

I THINK THEY PLAY THE WAIT GAME UNTIL THE CUSTOMER GIVES UP.
I WILL NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT FROM THEM.

Very poor customer service experience with Online Orchards. They charged my card immediately after I placed my order, but more than a month later I still have no trees, no shipping update, and no response to phone calls or emails.

I understand delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable. I expected much better service and communication

Do not use this company!!! I ordered #2 Dwarf Bing Cherry trees and received #1 Van Cherry Tree. I have left multiple email messages and called them multiple times and left messages, too and they have never responded.

Bought 1 Honeylocust tree from the site, was sent a random tree, a Weeping Birch Tree that is sensitive to my climate. Requested that they help on the phone and in an email. No responce. Bad customer service, whole sale horrible marketing stretegy to cater their trees to the broader USA. Will not send a replacement for my lost time and effort, have to plant the tree or let it die.
Will not buy from them again. Ever.

I had ordered 8 sage plants. I liked them so ordered 8 more. I got unknown plants. I cannot get a refund unless I repack them (and ship to Arizona!!!). I don't have materials to properly package them. The problem is none of their plants are labeled. I don't know the exact sage I received; I have no idea what type of potted plants are sitting in my yard.

I ordered two trees and two blueberry plants and they arrived in two separate deliveries. I received a hazelnut tree with evident signs of root rot and the apricot tree was withered and chlorotic (yellowish). They both were clearly handled poorly as both had damaged twigs and buds.
I called several times and send messages both via email and from the website, no reply whatsoever.

Total scam.
Placed my order and they charged my card and I never heard from them.
No response to emails or calls.
Disputed th charge and I’m done with this shady company!

The shrubs came to me in good shape and nice condition

we bought 2 Apple trees one survived but the Fuji Apple tree which is the pollinator for the other did not , thinking it was just fall waited until now and seen our one tree is making a growth experience and looking healthy. sure wish they would replace the Fujki since we paid over 30 dollars for it .

Bought a number of trees and hedges. The hedges were all in great shape. Though, very strangely, have not grown at all in a year now. But they haven't died either.

On the other hand, the trees were in bad shape the moment they arrived and were entirely dead within a week. I'd emailed multiple times up to a year later and no reply, even having tried multiple methods.

So they're not quite a scam, but about as close as one can get without being one. But do yourself a favor and just steer clear.
