Doing right for the customer

I found out that the dress I ordered for a wedding was not going to make it on time and was offered a 10% refund/discount to help offset my disappointment. Even though I was the one to blame, pinklaura.com did their best to help make it right.

Product return

I am writing about my experience with Mia from the customer service team. I purchased two dresses and was not satisfied with the sizing and quality. I reached out to customer service to request a refund and received a response from Mia. She gave me two options for the return request. Neither option was what I was hoping for so we went back and forth and Mia came up with a solution that I was satisfied with. She was very prompt, friendly and professional and great to work with. She was extremely efficient and helpful.
I would like to note that I was very satisfied with the outcome due to working with Mia. I did not like that the company did not offer a full refund and I recommend that a full refund policy similar to other online companies should be put in place.

I absolutely love the dress that I ordered from pinklaura- It fits beautifully and the quality is great! I did have a small mix-up with my order and accidently received 3 of the same color when I thought I had selected different ones. Their customer service was amazing.-Super understanding and easy to work with. They helped me with the return and replacement quickly and smoothly. I really appreciate how reasonable and helpful they were. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service


They have top notch customer service! They responded almost immediately to my email when I was not completely happy with an item that I had ordered. It was just a bit more form fitting than I prefer. The alternative offered was more than satisfactory, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I would definitely order from them again.
