My order had some logistical issues, of no fault of PinkLaura, and my first package did not get delivered. I reached out to their customer service, hands down a great experience. Charlotte got back to me quickly and got me another package in the mail ASAP. I just received my package this week, and I LOVE my jackets.

I ordered a dress and then I received…
I ordered a dress and then I received an email stating it was cancelled. They said my payment method was high risk. I used PayPal. I do not have a fraud report, have had the same bank for many years, my billing and shipping address match and I used two factor identification.
I emailed because it has been several days and did not receive a refund. This is a complete scam and they steal consumers money. They have horrible customer service and are completely dishonest! Do NOT order from this company.
