People are what make an organisation work, and at Pinnacle, it is the people who made the whole process of securing a mortgage for us stress-free.

Jason (our broker) and his assistant, Hayley, were brilliant. Every option was outlined, every avenue explored. They even checked in regularly and assisted in getting us to completion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as brokers to anyone looking to buy their first home or invest in a property.

Great service, and really lovely people. Which is what you want at the end of the day.

Daniel and his team were remarkable at finding the best deal and to deliver to the end for me my case was very complex but still they came through and fast and solved each problem along the way as if they were doing the deal for them self i could not recommend the more and i have been doing remortgaging for the last 30 years

We were referred by a friend who had used Pinnacle Finance for their shared ownership mortgage and we were not disappointed.

Samantha was knowledgable and knew what she was talking about. She was brilliant in responding and was very professional both in her emails and on the phone.

I went to pinnacle not feeling very hopeful for a mortgage as I had a low paid job but how wrong was I, I first spoke to Jack who was really helpful in starting the process off,it was my first mortgage but he talked me through, then Jason secured a mortgage for me,I was blown away I could finally buy my very first home. Jason and Hayley were amazing from day one. They found me a superb deal, responded to questions very efficiently and are both very professional and friendly. After our remortgage is now been completed I can safely say how brilliant pinnacle have been they have been at the forefront all the way through from start to finish and kept a close eye on every stage of the process nothing has been to much trouble very helpful and thorough always ready on the phone or by email I can't fault there service in any way I would highly recommend pinnacle to any one who wants to get the job done with good results I would like at this stage to give Samantha a 10 star rating because she was absolutely brilliant very understanding and really knows her job inside out as goes for the rest of the staff members who helped us where other companies I tried failed lastly thankyou pinnacle for what you achieved for us
