I want this to be a 5 for our rep Kelaiah has been outstanding for a few years now. We ordered 2000 totes last month (beautiful), 100 long sleeve t-shirts (perfect in fit, color and look) and 100 short sleeve t-shirts (wrong color, unexpectedly runs big - we order this brand every year). Now I am waiting for a replacement in the correct color with some variation in sizes to accommodate our extra petite staff members.

I tried to hold off completing this till the replacement shipment arrives but it will be lost in a morass of email before long and I didn't want to forget.

I ordered Lunch Bags with our College Logo. The order came in a timely manner, the bags looked good, however, the bag was very light weight. The impression I got from the picture was that it was more sturdy. Disappointed, but will have to use them anyway. I ordered 300.
