Great service

Quick and easy with a good price, what more could you ask for

The product was exactly what I required. It is a replacement for some old lagging which was removed for renovation.
Pipelagging have really wide range of types and sizes and competitive prices. Can't fault the company or the product.
Would have been 5 stars but for the problem with delivery. Needed to change from home to a pick-up point.
Delivered by FedEx who delivered to wrong place. Took a bit of sorting to locate

Having placed my, to find on delivery, it was the wrong items that I had ordered. They were extremely helpful. Returning and sending the correct items.

Website well designed - good search facility. Extensive range of products in one place / one company. Ordering process straight forward. Email updates and tracking information excellent.
Items packaged well and efficiently so as not to waste space or use boxes larger than necessary.
First order and well pleased with overall experience.

All good with the product and delivery, in fact excellent. However the invoicing system is poor as no VAT invoice is sent, which means chasing the accounts department for every order. The standard invoice, which is promptly delivered, is not usable (no registration number on the invoice).

Thank you for the fast, efficient delivery of my pipe lagging. Faster than I expected. Although I've still to complete upgrading the insulation I was able to begin the process sooner than I expected. I appreciate that.

Arrived in plenty of time. Huge box though for two bits of insulation!
Unfortunately bought all this and the plumber only used 9” and none of the glue! . So it was a waste of money really! Not the company’s fault though they were helpful and obliging.

Turned the order around quickly with a speedy delivery. A couple of items were temporarily out of stock but they exchanged for better alternatives rather than delay supply. All at no additional cost. A proper business service.
