Excellent company - a credit to the online shopping experience

I would love to be able to give more than 5 stars for Jacks K service. I ordered the incorrect product and as a new business was really stressed out. Jack arranged the return and also provided me with express shipping for the stock I did require, and I received the stock the very next day. He was friendly, polite, helpful and very knowledgable.
