Avoid – zero accountability and unhelpful attitude
I ordered an item from Amazon to be delivered to Pirkeu.lt’s warehouse. Amazon confirmed the package was successfully delivered, yet Pirkeu.lt insists they never received it.
When I reached out for help, their attitude was dismissive and passive. Instead of investigating or taking any responsibility, they immediately blamed Amazon and made it clear that they don’t really care whether the parcel arrived or not. Communication felt defensive, and there was no real effort to resolve the situation.
This company completely avoids accountability and hides behind excuses rather than assisting their customers. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
Thankfully, Amazon agreed to refund me, but Pirkeu.lt themselves made zero effort to fix the issue or even properly look into it.

Viskas veikia tvarkingai, siunta sveika pristatyta is allegro.pl, gal tiktai butu didelis privalumas, bent jau man, jei informacija apie siuntos pristatyma ir kt. Butu siunciama sms zinute, ne el pastu.

I recommend BUYEU!
I have been using this platform to transport small packages from Germany to Lithuania since 2018 and have not personally encountered any problems, so I recommend it!

Fast replies BUT unexpected charges
Fast replies, unexpected high fees.
For the phone case they requested 36 EUR to deliver it (vs expected 10 EUR delivery). And then 20 EUR to return it back to sender thought a free shipping label was provided.
