Our experience with Planet Granite couldn't have been better. Perfect from start to finish.
Initially we were unsure whether to have laminate worktops but when we decided on granite the kitchen manufacturer we used and our builder/fitter both immediately recommended Planet Granite as did our friends who had used them before. How right they were.
Really helpful at the showroom. Kept to the timescale they gave. Checked and rechecked the templating and were super efficient when it came to fitting. No mess, no fuss, no problem!

We had a wonderful experience from first contact to completed work. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the worktops we required and got them templated and fitted with a very quick turnaround.
Beautiful worktops have completed our kitchen makeover.

We have dealt with Steve from Planet Granite 3 times over the years. Every time from start to finish the service has been superb. The latest small project has just been completed and it looks fabulous. The staff have all been helpful, efficient and quick. Fitters came today and were in and out in no time. Kitchen was left clean and tidy. We will most definitely be back when our next kitchen is ready for its worktop....Which will be soon as we are moving!! Would fully recommed. Thankyou

I have had the most beautiful piece of craftsmanship from this lovely company. I had fell in love with some quartzite Steve had fitted into porcelanosa. I went to his showroom and being a natural stone, the slab in stock was a slightly different shade to the one I had my heart set on. Steve sourced me some slabs that were the shade I wanted. In fact he sourced a few slabs so I could choose which slab I wanted. I was wowed by his can do attitude to make my vision a reality. The best is yet to come….once we had the exact slabs I wanted he has done the most outstanding job with the machinery the company has invested in. The shark nose edge and angled island is amazing. The plant at the factory is quite phenomenal. The fitting was done on the day and time they had promised and Lee and Steve did not leave until they were 110% happy with the job. Not one person has visited my kitchen and not been wowed. Thank you for your help with this project, it’s been a pleasure. Now for the en-suite….I am confident it will be just as seamless

Recently had some incredible worktops from these guys, very trustworthy and beat the competition on price and quality 10/10 would use in the future.

I had been researching for a worktop for my new kitchen when I came across Planet Granite. From my first phone call, with Russ, it was obvious that I had found the right place. I spoke to him over many weeks in order to make my decision. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and gave me fantastic advice. He was patient and knowledgeable. They held my order until we were ready for templating. Vince came the day requested and did an efficient measure. He was very friendly and professional. 10 days later, as promised, Kieran and Bogda came to fit. They were again polite and professional and did an excellent job. I had also needed a hearth for a log burner. Russ again listened to what I wanted and, as I trusted him, I 'bought blind'; it was exactly what I wanted and exactly what he had described. The whole experience has been a delight; perfect customer service, professional advice and a beautiful quartz work top. Thank you all.

Rang up to purchase an off cut to roll my pizzas bases out on, I turned up met a great guy steve, offered me a piece for an awesome price, defo the guys you want to come and see for kitchen worktops, great selection of granite and marble.

Recently had new quartz work surfaces fitted by Planet Granite, my wife and I are absolutely thrilled with them. All of the staff I spoke to throughout the process were very polite and helpful, they fitted the surfaces with no fuss or problems. I thought the whole process from start to finish was seamless. I would recommend Planet Granite to anyone anywhere. Lastly I would like to thank all of their staff personally for a fantastic worry free experience

I was a returning customer. Having had my quartz worktops installed, we moved back into the house 5 days later and I noticed a small pit/chip in the kitchen island. I immediately photographed it and emailed the company about it. The remedial team finally came out to deal with it 5 months later. However, all they did was photograph it. In the meantime, my husband had dropped a knife onto the bench and a larger chip had occurred and I also noticed a chip/crack on the sink edge. I now have concerns about the quality of the product as I have never had quartz worktops chip like this. Despite weekly phone calls I have had no resolution from the company other than to call me a liar and accuse me of fraudulent behaviour. The staff were rude and aggressive. I have never asked for these repairs to be done for free, I simply wanted them addressed. Having been yelled at over the phone, I still have not heard from the remedial team and I doubt I will ever see them. Please don't use this company. Their customer service is worse than non existent, they are abusive. A very disappointing experience!

Do not use this company! I cannot stress this enough to anyone planning to use this company.

I was completed ripped off and the work that was done was beyond shoddy! The fitters cut corners and the joins between the granite was appalling, it looked like a child had put it together. I had hoped to finally get my dream kitchen and my entire experience from start to finish was a nightmare.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.
