It’s well worth the time to take a trip to see the showroom and the factory as it’s a big purchase and not an easy decision. Steve cut us a fabulous piece of pericema granite, then sent a picture of the actual slab we would receive. He Managed to do the long sink run with no joins and it looks amazing. From Steve to the templater to the guys who fitted I couldn’t fault.
Well done all, you have our thanks and best wishes for the future.

Friendly, helpful and professional service

The service from start to finish was excellent. Everything was done exceptionally well and the template man ( vince) and the fitters were very friendly and helpful. Iam very pleased with my work surfaces and would highly recommend planet granite .

Planet Granite were excellent throughout!
Even though I live in Manchester and they are in the Midlands, I had looked at the website of a number of more local companies, but didn't find all the information I needed and didn't gain great confidence, but there was lots of clear guidance on Planet Granite's site and I gained clear confidence that this was a company who truly know their business.

I obtained online quotes that were very easy to fill in for a few granites that I thought would suit me. Then I spoke to confirm they would be happy to do the work and had a conversation with one of their sales staff who was incredibly helpful.

Unfortunately, when he came to speak to their different suppliers of raw material, it became clear that not only were they discontinued types but had "gone out of fashion." However, he located one supplier for my preferred one, but because they were the sole supplier with stock, were wanting hugely inflated figures, so he rang around and found a supplier who seemed to specialise in what I assume are remnants and he led me to their website where I was able to look at each individual type of granite and see exactly what they had in, down to individual blocks in individual bins. At this stage, I changed my mind entirely about the look I was after and found the perfect block which had a good number of slabs available.
We finalised my selection and agreed a final quote which was around the figure I had budgeted.

When it came to the fitting service, including an initial visit to template the installation, everything went perfectly and, around 2 weeks later, the fitters came, took great care and left me with a perfect job. I had paid a little extra for them to remove and dispose of my old worktops.

I am delighted with the finished job and with every aspect of their service. I was right to think that they really know their business.

Found PG online after receiving poor service with another provider over an insurance claimed replacement. PG were able to get the product we wanted, remove our existing damaged worktop (including templating without removing) and deliver what we wanted. All done with little or no fuss (one small hiccough with the cutting meaning a small delay of around a week). Well done.

My grey sparkle granite fitted in my new kitchen looks fabulous. The project was completed in a timely manner and on time for an acceptable price. I never met the fitters but they made a lovely job of the instillation.
I would not hesitate to recommend planet granite and will use the company again if I need more granite.

Fantastic service. We had new granite worktops in our kitchen and everyone was extremely helpful with what we wanted and very patient with our numerous questions.
If I could have given a higher score, I would have done. Great service from Steve, the boss, Bogdan, Kieran and Lee for the fitting, Vince the templater, Andy and Adam in the factory and Russ and Donna in the Sales team.

We visited the factory to choose a small piece of granite for the cloakroom vanity unit. Ricky was most helpful in making suggestions and finding a suitable piece. As I had provided dimensions the company was able to proceed with the order. We collected it a week later on the exact date promised which I fitted myself later in the day. The quality of the workmanship is perfect and it looks great in situ.

I would highly recommend.

From our initial visit to the showroom to pick out material for our kitchen worktops to the installation, the whole process was made simple and straight forward.
The survey was on the day promised and the attention to detail made us feel happy that all our needs would be accounted for.
Installation date exactly the date given when we ordered the tops.
The installers were polite and tidy and the finished job is fantastic

I am vey happy with the service from Planet Granite. From first viewing at the show room, communication throughout, templating and fitting. All of the staff are very polite and helpful. Advice given and always at the end of the phone. Had my worktop fitted this morning and couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Found PG on Google, visited their showroom to discuss requirements. The choice of products on offer was great and the assistance provided was also great.
From placing our order the process was smooth. Would highly recommend.

PG were recommended to me and they have been top class throughout. The choice of finishes in the workshop was outstanding and better than anything else I had seen by a country mile, and I had been looking for about 18 months. They were very helpful and efficient in the whole process, albeit we were blighted by Covid and then delays in delivery from Spain. The end result is absolutely beautiful and done to perfection, and the guys on-site were very polite and helpful and clean and tidy. Having had them recommended to me I would recommend them again every time.

When we visited Planet Granite, we were greeted by the owner who said if we wished to we could visit the factory to see more granite slabs there, he also said if they didn’t have a particular granite they could get it, we looked at the very clean and well stocked showroom then went to the factory where we met a very helpful man who took time to show us the granite slabs and explained how they shape them, he showed various examples of their work, nothing was too much trouble.
I then phoned as I had seen a particular type of granite I wanted, I spoke with Russ who assured me he could get it, which he did in fact he found two as I said I wanted a lot of red in😊 Then Vince came and did a template of my kitchen, and visited a second time to make sure the new sink would fit😊
There was a slight delay in the fitting, however this was due to staff wanting to improve the finish on the granite, the fitters were very professional and did a really good job.
I am thrilled with the result and so pleased I chose Planet Granite, nothing was too much trouble for them!
