The whole experience has been an amazing journey and my worktops look superb. From visiting the Showroom/Manufacturing Unit to Fitting, the whole team have been professional, experienced and extremely helpful. From Steve when making my choice, he advised on what would be suitable both for colour and durability. Russell stayed in touch at every stage of the process, whilst Bodgan did a fantastic job of fitting the three worktops in a difficult environment. Having completed a big renovation project I can say it is rare to find such a professional Company offering quality service and quality product. I would highly recommend. Thank you to the team.

Buying quartz is on par with buying an expensive kitchen and this is why you need to do your due diligence with suppliers. Thankfully Planet Granite exist who reassured me of their class and workmanship. I am a pessimist and always overthink things, until I visited the showroom and dealt with Dan. What an amazing guy, he showed me around the showroom and then took me to the factory where it's fabricated. I would advise anyone to go and see them. A great organisation is made up of its people and Dan is amongst those who take Planet Granite's reputation to new heights. After my initial phone call Dan invited me over. Even after this I was uneasy because this was the final piece to my amazing kitchen. I spoke to Steve (owner) and I got the feeling that he has worked hard for the last 20 years to build his reputation and his great team will take care of me. I went back again for a second visit and again Dan accomodated me without the PUSHY salesmanship. My wife and I felt respected and were not cornered like you will if you were dealing with other big players. Having built the rapport with Dan, i took the courage of faith and i placed my order. He was always available to answer all my questions even in out of hours! I went through many options to make it fit within my budget but not lose the quality and vision that I had and in the end we came up with such a package that was Win-Win for us both. He placed my order and kept me up to date with the progress. Then on templating day, a lovely man by the name of Vince came to template. He was very knowledgable and gave me sound advice and his measurements were absolutely precise after spending good 2 hours doing this. He ensured that the measurements were spot on. A week later the 2 chaps turned up by the name of Bogdan & Kieran to do the fitting. Again these guys were so profressional and ensured that I was happy whilst they were going around fitting. Being a natural stress case, I must commend Planet Granite's team that Steve employs and especially a big shout out to Dan the man! without him my assumption is that customer orders wouldnt be the same and I am sure Steve the owner recognises that he has an amazing team. Kudos to Planet Granite and thank you so much for fulling our dream. By the way, I got the feeling that Planet Grabnite have spent many years building their reputation that the aftercare is also something that they do take pride in and wouldn't just brush their customers away. I hope I never have this issue, but sods law may one day take me back but I am assured by Planet Granite to resolve any issues should there be any. Again, Dan thank you for serving me and you are a true asset to Planet Granite. We are so unbelievably happy with our bookmatched island, work top and splash back in amazing panda granite. Makes our house look like something straight out of a designer magazine. It is truly beautiful. All the people we dealt with along the way were very professional and the fitters and templater amazingly good at their jobs - so a perfect product fitted perfectly - I cannot give enough stars.

Planet Granit were extremely helpful from start to finish.
Told them what sort of style I was after and straight away they given me a perfect solution. Very professional when dealing with company and quick to fit me, not to mention a competitive price. no problems when it came to fitting the Quartz. would definitely use again.

We cannot recommend Planet Granite enough. We are returning customers, and again very pleased with the service we received. Dan gave us advice on what would work well with our colour scheme, and we love the result. Both visits for templating and fitting were on time. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Their attention to detail on things we didn’t even think of were excellent.

We have today had our worktops fitted. We chose Lincoln Bloomstone and are over the moon with our choice, Donna, Vince, Russ and the three lads that fit it have done a great job. We are really pleased with the workmanship after seeing some reviews, we’ve had a professional job and I can’t fault it.

The only small issue I had was speaking to someone a bit grumpy on the phone a couple times, not sure of the name, but seemed mega stressed.

But the main thing for me is the product, which is first class!

Only just had it fit so hopefully no future issues!

Definitely check them out, we had a quote from howdens which was extortionate. Their online quoting system is great.

Bought all my worktops from here 12 months ago had window sills worktops and waterfall had to wait longer than expected as they FORGOT. To process my order even though payment was made ok so I waited then came the fitting well what a mess! Waterfall was too high so worktops had a gap of 1cm from the units which looked ridiculous the guys left and though that was acceptable so I contacted them the next day and told them I wasn’t happy so they came back and tried to rectify it the second time it was fitted it was cut too short then they stuck a cut off piece with filler in it to solve the gap by this time I had had enough so I accepted it. They also damaged my cupboard putting in the splash back which again was too tight but they forced it in anyway so I complained and they said they would sort the damage but I’m still waiting for that. Never contacted me about it at all. Last week I called them about having a table top made to match my worktop they said yes no problem come in and see us tomorrow. So I did to be greeted by the very rude owner who said I’m too busy to deal with you today ring me tomorrow. Hang on ! You told me to come. So I rang the next day only to be fobbed off again. The owner is very rude and I felt like because it was only a table top he couldn’t be bothered if I was having a couple of thousand pound worth of worktops making he would have given me the time of day. He should remember never be rude to the little person in business because no matter how much they spend they are still a customer and deserve to be treated with respect. I would not recommend this company to anyone and the owner Steve I think his name is needs to learn some manners !!! Look at the reviews for this awful company saying how rude this man is. My review is truthful and as for leaving reviews with 7 company’s what a joke!! Accept your bad review and learn some manners I would of put pictures of the worktops if I could but it won’t let me. Used another company in the end so much more professional that this joke

Excellent service from Donna, she was very helpful and nothing was too m much trouble. Took a while to get the quartz fitted but a combination of holidays didn't help that. Very pleased with the end product.

We were really impressed by Planet Granite's customer service from start to finish. When looking for the right style, Donna spent lots of time with us, picking out samples and helping us to decide on a stone. We received quotes quickly and then Donna went above and beyond to help us secure a templating and installation appointment. The installation was quick and the guys were really professional. Very professional and reliable!

Initially ordered our worktops in 2021 for installation around Christmas but had to delay due to changes to our kithcen delivery. Planet Granite had no issue delaying our installation, and have been very professional and approachable throughout our entire engagement.

When we were ready for the fitting, they came and carefully measured all the required worktops. There were some slight changes from the initial estimate but they did not change the agreed price. Installation was very quick and the worktops and upstands look amazing!

Very happy with their service, 100% would recommend them to anyone, and if we require granite worktops again in the future they are our #1 choice.

I loved that Steve had an opinion. Out of all of the places we had quotes from he was the only one to ask the colour of our units and walls and advised us on materials and styles. They produced solutions to tricky areas, like around the sink, window and range cooker. Nothing was too much.

The pieces of quartz are beautiful and the team carefully selected the cuts to best show off the vein pattern.
The whole thing cut to precision the install was seamless which meant it was all completed in a few hours.

Thank you Planet Granite, I’ll be recommending you to friends and family.
