very responsive and professional and speedy delivery

The whole shopping experience and delivery was made easy. The whole process I must admit was seamless and the diver was very kind. He took his time and delivered my plant and helped me put it where i wanted it left.

Stunning Olive Tree and very good delivery service and customer service.

The customer service of Plant Drop was super. I made a mistake with my order and was near to panicking but on ringing the service telephone no. was reassured that it would be no problem at all to put things right and sent me a confirmation email after our conversation.
When a problem occurred with my order( size wasn’t quite right ) I was offered several alternatives some of which where more expensive but for the same price ,or a price reduction on the original order……I call that excellent service. Well done.

Fantastic looking extra large indoor plant, and very well managed delivery. This is a second purchase now. Would only use this online retailer, as never disappointed.
