I’ve been playing on BVX almost daily for two years and was receiving 40% Sunday cashback on losses. My host confirmed on May 11 that the program was still active. Then it was suddenly pulled on May 12 without any notification.

From May 12 to July 6, I deposited $17,403.52 under the assumption it was still in place. When I asked about it, they simply said the decision was final and couldn’t be credited. No accountability. No warning. That’s nearly $7,000 I was expecting based on communication from their own rep.

Players deserve better — at the very least, proper notice before cutting off VIP programs that impact real money decisions.

They never respond to emails. I have tried service at playbvx.lv , hosted at playbvx.lv and the online form. I never get a response other than the automated "acknowledgement" email. On top of that, despite depositing over $5,000/week and sometimes more (and almost always losing), they took away my hosted status. Every time I ask for a deposit bonus or rewards points after losing (on chat where you can get a response but it takes forever), they deny me. There's not even a weekly deposit bonus without using a ton of rewards points. They advertised as a VIP casino with VIP rewards, perfect for a big player like me. They lied. I'm sick of it. I'm going somewhere else.

BVX is the best casino, it pays out way faster than any of the other websites (withdraws get processed and onto blockchain within 5-10 min max) and you get way more bonuses than you get playing anywhere else. Also has a good interface, access to new games and responsive customer service that will give you bonuses as long as you are an active player.

It is invite only so I bet a lot of the people giving negative reviews have never even been invited to the website. Because I would be surprised if any players invited to BVX would complain about the bonuses they give you or the daily spin wheel that you get to spin every 24 hours and get free rewards points with.

This is after asking him if he would check my gameplay if I had a certain time because I didn’t think the game paid me correctly. I think thats flat out unethical. I have played at this site for over a year and have never cashed out nor never filed a complaint to customer service until now and two different customer service agents treated me like a liar and a scammer. I couldn’t believe it because my host has always treated me with kindness and respect. This was a complete 180 but conversation was so long I wasn’t able to screenshot all of it. However 2nd conversation with Customer service he was just as impolite but it was short so I was able to screenshot his unethical behavior. I think that this casino has some explaining to do cause nobody seems to be winning but everyone has technical difficulties.

The absolute worst customer service on the planet. It is right up there with eBay, and PayPal. Actually it is worse. They will scam you saying there is a deposit bonus or some other bonus. Then, after you make your deposit, they will say it was done wrong. They cannot fix it. Make another deposit. Same problem all over again. They have 8 coded responses that they give. No matter what your query, you will get one of those 8 pre-typed BS responses. DO NOT COME HERE!! Every time I need something, I feel like I am going to have a heart attack. I have been deployed for the past 15 months. I needed to change my phone number. I could not remember one of the digits in the old phone number. I had just made a deposit. The girl BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT!!!! Now I can't even play with what I deposited. This is should not call vip casino , when the costumers service , don’t have the real ability to to achieve most customers satisfaction, when you see costumer keep deposing more then 3 times and losing ,, should be any costumer services can look up the transaction and give out certain percentage of their losses .. my case , I after a few time deposit and lost , since they weren’t have any given deposit bonuses .. There games are onstantly bringing up an error whenever it's getting ready ready to land on a win play it's robbery don't waste your money here even though it's invite only they still don't help you right the customer service don't even help it's really horrible if your host is on vacation they ignore which you have to say even with screenshots for verification and they act like you're lying to them with a know you're not right now they owe me and they do not want to pay me or even put the credit on my account it's a shame

I’ve been here for about a year I’ve gotten thousands of dollars in free bonus money. The regular customer service chat on the site isn’t the greatest and usually sent and bonus request which is frustrating . But when I contact my host directly when I first got invited I got a free bonus after every deposit I made that stopped after about 10 months . I have a new host now and I asked that after 200$ in deposits of any kind that I receive 60,000 in reward points and that has rung true since my host and I made the agreement . Only downfall of that is he is the only one that can add it so I have to contact him during his hours instead of at my convenience. Overall good experience. Anyone not getting free bonus’s try what I did set something up with your host especially if you have spent tens of thousands and play regularly they should have no problem keeping you happy but you will need to call the host line NOT the online chat ! Typical greedy online casino that offers no bonuses no matter what you lose. Been playing here for a year now without ever getting ahead in blackjack and depositing tens of thousands. Horrible odds. And horrible service.

They don’t offer bonuses ever and deny you when asking. I’ve played for a year hear and have never once won playing their blackjack. Also make you have multiple addresses to withdraw which is a way to make it so you can’t withdraw large amounts. They also have horrible customer service and will not give you bonuses no matter how much you lose. Save your money and play somewhere else.
