Claire and the team at Nationwide make things really easy, especially when we have to change orders at late notice. We'll be using them for all of our timber orders going forward

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery, communicated when their supply of sleepers was delayed so wouldnt make it on the truck, would deliver as soon as they arrived or offered a refund (I was happy to wait). However they appeared with my order anyway which was great!

Just dreadful
Just dreadful, bought bricks and discovered that the counter price is 23p plus VAT more expensive than advertised. At 20% markup, that adds up to a big biil if you dare visit the counter. When I complained the sales counter staff refused to serve me and threw the receipt at me! even Their telephone sales team had given the lower price. AVOID!!!

Usually good
Website really easy to use, and easy to order what you need. However the last delivery I had was just left outside my house, the doorbell wasn’t rung so wasn’t aware it was there.

Resposta da Nationwide Supplies
Good morning, we are sorry to hear of any issue you may have had.
Upon using your order number to check the delivery image the driver took, there is someone with him on site when unloading who assisted the offload. I am unsure if this may be the builder or landscaper who is doing the job?
Always very helpful and polite.
