Ordered close board fence panels, one the panels were damaged. A replacement was agreed for one panel, let down and messed around for 2 weeks to resolve a straight swap. When the replacement was provided it was damaged. I complained several times to various members of staff, Paul , Adam Paige,Adam Brown (director) totally unreliable! No courtesy callback, I as the customer chasing them for a resolution and compensation for the inconvenience caused. Very unprofessional way of running a family business. It has cost me time and money with the contractor! Such an unprofessional company.I would not recommend this company to my contractor or anyone looking to buy goods, customers should think twice before ordering or buying goods from this company.

Ordered fences. They gave a delivery date. Called twice to make sure it was on track for delivery. On the day of delivery I called them to ask where my fences are, and they tell me it’s actually put of stock (despite it clearly saying that it was in stock when I ordered).

They did apologise and provide an immediate refund however it caused me so many issues because I had builders waiting to use the fence panels.

Could have been avoided if they just took notice when I called twice in the days before the delivery was due.

Two stars because they admitted fault and were quick to refund and explain that it wouldnt happen again.

Prompt delivery - two bulk bags ordered online Sunday night at 9pm, delivered Monday 4pm.
Expert driving - manoeuvred delivery lorry into work site despite some very tight turns.

Delivery was prompt and the delivery driver very helpful and considerate. As the goods were heavy the driver put them in a safe place for me.

Order arrived as expected and although there was an initial hiccup with date of delivery, it was put right as soon as I spoke to Nationwide Supplies.
The wood appeared good quality and I will buy from them again.

I ordered paving slabs from their website showing 38mm thick. When they were delivered, they were less than 30mm thick.
In fairness they apologised- their web site was wrong. They duly collected the slabs from me and I await the credit note. Generally though they are a good company to deal with and I will use again in the future.

Delivery arrived on time by helpful and pleasant driver. Couldn't fault anything. Thank you
