I would give no stars but didn’t have the option do not order from this company. I paid £89 for an order I did not receive, I’ve sent numerous emails and messages but still no reply from this company absolutely appalling they should be ashamed of themselves.

Ordered 3 oil diffusers all the same fragrence, one of the oils was sent out incorrectly, posh burn said they would send the correct one out as of the 3rd August but have still not received, contacted them, they read the messages but chose not to reply, definitely won't use them again

Customer service not great, messages sent on chat and emails not replied too. Love the Halfeti wax melts, disappointed with the Halfeti diffuser, not very strong scent.

I’ve tried so many products from wax melts to fabric spray ,bath bombs ,reed defusers and car scents and a few more and the fragrance and quality are fantastic service is great and I will keep ordering I especially love Kreed

5 star product, poshBurn are the best on the market, the smells from the wax melts are lovely, I’m always a returning customer

I would’ve gave 5 stars if service was quicker. I placed an order and took afew days to discover one of my items was out of stock and after 2 emails was then sent another choice, delivery was quick after this. Pleased with the products.

I just love the amazing fragrences in the sprays and every products they do. The large candles just make my room smell and look good. 10 out of 10. Poshburn.

Placed an order on 23/06 and still haven’t received it. Tried contacting them via email, online chat twice and Instagram messenger and still no reply from them. Was apparently dispatched the same day via Royal Mail first class

Fab scents. Long lasting and really smell like real thing! They came quick too. I always use and recommend to friends.

I have bought from them before and know the products are great.
However, placed another order for a bday gift over a week ago and have chased 2 times for an update as not dispatch email or tracking number. Not been received and no one responds to emails so customer service is absolutely rubbish if you don't receive your order!

They will take your money and never send your order - theft. Send you a tracking number that is made up as not recognised by RM. Won’t respond to messages. Shark of a company.
