I’ve purchased x2 pairs of track pants recently and both pairs have one leg that has the wrong weft/weave, which means I have a tourniquet on one leg.
Please advertise if the track pants are ‘ seconnds’

Botany postie plus staff absolutely lovely and helpful girls, I went in there abit peeved off because I hadn't received my order, but I was greeted with a big smile and a welcoming greeting, now her manager wasn't there so I told her I will come back which I did and walked in to another big smile well what can I say after that, she assured me it will be delivered Monday and it was, so I walked out of there thinking I was peeved off and walked out of there without my order and with a smile on my face, thank you girls for reminding me we're all human. That was on Saturday btw

Wouldn’t even give them a star. The Papamoa shop staff member I dealt with was so rude and needs training on customer service. I don’t know how they even have a job in retail with the service I got. The staff member seemed mentally unstable and was carrying on like a nut job she was so rude I would not go back into this shop again.

I put the wrong street number address on the parcel, but it was delivered to me, the postie remembered my name. How amazing, thank you very much👍👍

I have shopped online and in-person with Postie NZ for many years and have found their service reliable and quick and their products perfect for the price point they offer. I have no problem recommending them.

High wasted stretch black jeans are not the same as previous batch I purchased a few months ago....new style cut is uncomfortable and the zip quality is weak/inferior??? Please go back to previous design, they were the best.

My friend bought a children's top at Postie Dunedin and while she walked away the staff started to talk about how it would not fit her and laugh and make judgmental comments towards her purchase. The top was did in fact fit her, not that it is relevant as there is no circumstance where they should make snide comments on her body.

NZ based company with multiple stores and hassle free online shopping. Highly recommended. Have brought online from them several times and received goods in a few days
