This product is not as good as…
This product is not as good as Logitech. An annoying "malfunctioned" message appears every three minutes, which makes it very frustrating to use. To get it working again, I have to unplug it and plug it back in, but the error returns within three to five minutes. This happens even though the software and drivers are fully up to date. I would rather choose Logitech, as it has never let me down.

Very professional, friendly, and polite service. I was genuinely amazed by the quality of the service provided.
I am also extremely impressed with my purchase. The ergonomic chair is so comfortable and offers so many useful functions, allowing me to personalise the seating experience and adjust positions to suit my needs.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Posturite. My desk was eventually delivered on the fifth attempt, and there were several points where I genuinely doubted it would ever arrive.
A lot of emails and phone calls were needed just to try and get updates or move things forward regarding the delivery, which shouldn’t have been necessary. The whole process felt disorganised and frustrating.
The delay was especially disappointing given the nature of the product. It’s quite ironic that a desk designed to improve posture and reduce back pain ended up doing the opposite — being without it for over three weeks actually caused discomfort and issues I was trying to avoid.
That said, when Pipa and Sussie became involved, things did start to progress more quickly, which I appreciated.
The installer, Gavin, was also great — professional, helpful, and a real positive in an otherwise poor experience.
However, the overall process was far too stressful and poorly managed. Reliable delivery and good communication should be standard, not something that requires constant chasing.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it without significant improvements.

Second cushion so home/office set-ups match
This is the second cushion I've purchased so that my office set-up matches my home set-up. Definitely found the first cushion helped support my back/posture so wanted to replicate the set-up; went for the deeper D-roll this time around. Very speedy delivery.

Delivery and set up went smoothly
Delivery and set up went smoothly. Russell phone to say he'd be about 20 mins. He was really helpful, showed me all the adjustments I can make to my chair then helped me get it just right for me. Great service!

Excellent. Very professional and fast delivery. Product arrived in excellent condition. I would get another 11 degree cushion is it came in a darker colour. For the future, perhaps have more colour choice.

I managed to assemble the leg rest
I managed to assemble the leg rest. However it does not go up or down once I press down on the lever, nor does it tilt. The instructions are very brief on how to assemble it. A step by step video would have been better. Theres no contact number to contact customer service which would have been helpful. I have emailed them for more support.

Spares order
Tech department very helpful. Parts identified quickly. Postage was quite steep for a small order and even though I placed two orders quite close to each other I was charged two lots of postage. Only part of one order has arrived so far
