The assessment was very professional and the assessor listened and observed to ensure the right equipment was purchased. I felt the service was first rate and very customer focuesed.

It's been moths, and I don't have my chair yet
Very poor communication and terrible service. I paid for and ordered a chair from Posturide back in March 2026. After much nagging, they delivered a defective chair at the end of April 2026. I am still waiting for an update on a functioning chair...

Not happy with the delivery of the item…
Not happy with the delivery of the item as the delivery company left it outside my property behid the waste bin and have not notified me of the item delivery. I found it couple of days later when I went to remove the waste bin, by the time the item got wet.

This product is not as good as…
This product is not as good as Logitech. An annoying "malfunctioned" message appears every three minutes, which makes it very frustrating to use. To get it working again, I have to unplug it and plug it back in, but the error returns within three to five minutes. This happens even though the software and drivers are fully up to date. I would rather choose Logitech, as it has never let me down.

Very professional, friendly, and polite service. I was genuinely amazed by the quality of the service provided.
I am also extremely impressed with my purchase. The ergonomic chair is so comfortable and offers so many useful functions, allowing me to personalise the seating experience and adjust positions to suit my needs.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Posturite. My desk was eventually delivered on the fifth attempt, and there were several points where I genuinely doubted it would ever arrive.
A lot of emails and phone calls were needed just to try and get updates or move things forward regarding the delivery, which shouldn’t have been necessary. The whole process felt disorganised and frustrating.
The delay was especially disappointing given the nature of the product. It’s quite ironic that a desk designed to improve posture and reduce back pain ended up doing the opposite — being without it for over three weeks actually caused discomfort and issues I was trying to avoid.
That said, when Pipa and Sussie became involved, things did start to progress more quickly, which I appreciated.
The installer, Gavin, was also great — professional, helpful, and a real positive in an otherwise poor experience.
However, the overall process was far too stressful and poorly managed. Reliable delivery and good communication should be standard, not something that requires constant chasing.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it without significant improvements.
