Never sent an acknowledgment of my order, never sent the order, never sent the refund.
Never replied to my emails
This is one lousy company.
Thankfully PayPal gave me a refund straightaway which suggests they may have a similar opinion to me about this company.
Buy from them at your peril, but otherwise avoid completely.
Purchased a replacement Dyson battery from these people, it failed totally after just a few uses! The battery would show as fully charged after just a few minutes, then fail after even less.
And it turns out their money back guarantee is totally worthless.
I emailed them to say the battery had failed, even sent them a video. They replied to say "give us time to check".
Nothing forthcoming some days later I emailed again asking for a replacement.
I got a reply saying that the battery I had was now out of stock, but they would be happy to sell me a different one for £37!!
I emailed them again to remind them of their 1 year warranty, and that they should be refunding me or sending me a replacement free of charge.
I got a final email from them to say "give me some time to think about it, have a good day"!
That was the last I heard from POWbattery.
Absolute charlatans, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
I purchased a replacement battery for my Dyson V6 and even went for the higher capacity battery. It has totally failed after just six months. Have tried emailing Support but no response the following day.
