Parts i ordered were like gold dust and they had several in stock , after receiving the parts i no longer needed them and they accepted a return without hesitation. Will defo recommend to friends and family and i will be purchasing again myself , communication was 10/10 as well

Managed to get a part for my carrera vulcan E where no one else had one in stock and at a reasonable price, delivered the next day to Suffolk from Dumfries and fitted over the weekend by local bike shop for me. Thanks again 😁

I rang to discuss my choice of bike to check it was suitable for the area where I live, and the distances I was going to travel. The guy I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable, well informed and very enthusiastic. He was also very polite and helpful with details about the delivery timescales. I had cause to ring them about an issue prior to the delivery and the lady I spoke with was also extremely helpful and efficient, promising me a call back and actually did - unlike so many companies nowadays. The bike has been delivered and is exactly as discussed and I am extremely pleased with the purchase and the service I received form Powerbikes.

I purchased an expensive Haibike All Mtn 7 so I wanted a reassuring service which is exactly what I received. The bike was delivered on time as promised and in the condition I expected it to be so what more could I ask.
Having spoken directly with the boss (Jeff) following receipt of my bike as I had some questions concerning charging of the battery for the 1st time and how to operate the display I was impressed with his eagerness to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and as a result I am confident that the after sales service will be 2nd to none.

Great service and advice on phone, 4 stars as delivery took longer than communicated

Delivery took longer than I expected even with Covid taken into account. A querying email got a sensible reply and the right parts arrived 3 weeks after the initial order so all good in the end.
I did get 3 'rate us!' and 'use us again' emails before the parts arrived :-)

I purchased an ebike sensor on the off chance it would fix my broken carrera & it did fix the problem. I paid £35 for the sensor which i found reasonable considering the bike cost £1000 at the time. I would recommend buying from Powerbikes
