Fantastic Service from Powerbikes.
Spending the best part of £6k on a new bike can be very unnerving, especially if, like me, you are not in a position to view or test the bike beforehand. Richard & the team made the process very easy & reassuring, with plenty of pictures, updates and answering all questions almost immediately. From the initial inquiry to having the bike on my doorstep & ultimately out on the trails was within a week (including a delayed trip across the Irish sea due to storms!).
A solution to a small issue from the factory was found and resolved immediately, and also a reminder that I have free points to spend on gear after my original purchase! Great stuff. I really can't give enough praise for the customer care provided by Powerbikes. When the time eventually comes for the next upgrade, they'll definitely be at the top of the list.

So refreshing to find an online store (with real shops too) with real people behind the scenes that genuinely seam to care about helping their customers. Will certainly be recommending them to my cycling chums and using them again.

Bought a torque sensor and recieved broken 2 days later. Called the shop and they resent a new one without asking any questions. Very nice service!

From the time I place the initial order it took slightly longer that expected for the item to arrive due to the COVID-19 situation , but all in all the service I received was most helpful and professional.

Ordered a rear bike light on the 27th Dec and still yet to receive it on the 10th Jan. Called on the 4th to say it had been dispatched on the 3rd but that was a Sunday so I was skeptical about that explanation anyway. So here I am still waiting for the order and I will call them on Mon 11th and will probably request a refund. The one positive was the guy on the phone was very polite

Crank sensor works great thanks for supplying part.(SR Suntour Hesc Chain Set ATS Torque Sensor), bike working fine now.
