1500wat ebike conversion kit
What an excellent company to deal with. After being told that my order was out of stock and would be looking at a wait of a week or so I was offered a refund. I decided to wait and that was the best decision I could make. The team where fantastic at getting my order out to me and as I had to wait I was upgraded in every possible way. Now to test the kit out.

Had wrong price advertised
Had wrong price advertised, emailed to inform they've cancelled the order due to incorrect price, no apology, no explanation. Seemed rather laid back, can't be bothered attitude for a company that is being boosted by the likes of Klarna Finance.

Hi Louis,
The email we sent we apologized twice in it. Michelle who sent the email was polite but perhaps a little blunt. We couldn't give an explanation why it happened as we didn't know at the time. Here is the email Michelle sent:
"Apologies I am unsure why this bike is showing on our website for only £19.99 this is definitely an error. I will cancel your order.
If you are interested in this bike it is £2599.00 and depending on what size you require is available May 2021 onwards.
Apologies again I really do not understand how this has happened. "
It turns out that our POS system picked up a lock that happened to have the same part number and added it to the same listing. This has since been corrected.

"Hi,
That is a terrible response to an order even thought you advertised it inccorrectly.
Best wishes"
I'm sorry you feel you have been wronged in such a way you need to leave a negative review.
A great company to get advise from…
A great company to get advice from before purchase . Bike arrived quickly and I was surprised how little there was left for me to do to get on the road . A 15 minute job at the most and I was away . I would recommend both them and the ezego commute bike I bought . I am in my 60 s and I love it , wish I had bought one earlier .
