Speedy delivery,good communication and excellent product

Ordered online and my goods were delivered on time as promised. What's not to like.

unfortunately I still have not received Suntour Hesc Ebdh16 Ks06Sdbb-Bl-80 LCD Display holder they sent me wrong item but posted back next day I am still waiting for my delivery.

Considering the recent situation this company was brilliant to deal with. All my questions were answered with ease and confidence. Everything was delivered really quickly and in perfect condition. I would not hesitate in using powerbikes again.

I have to say my experience up to now is what a very good company, and excellent conversion kit. Fabulous product . Arrived very promptly, helpful when contacted on the phone and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering buying an electric bike, or converting their existing bike . The good thing is they are based in the uk, not China. Having asked Chinese company Ancheer many questions and getting no reply gave me a vision of problems I might encounter if the product arrived faulty or damaged. From reviews I’ve read about powerbikes they seem to have a good follow up customer service base. Time will only tell if my motor or battery become faulty during the warranty period. I’m really confident that they will honour there commitments. Once again thank you very much Powerbikes.

Very Fast, also good pre purchase help.

Fast delivery and very good kit. Could have wrapped up the control box better as tape was very sticky and very hard to remove. Overall though it’s a solid kit.

I fitted the parts and all works well, took some time to figure out
but had to resort to YouTube as there is no instruction of any kind included
I purchased the basic front wheel drive conversion kit which is all I needed
Ordering via their website was difficult, had to call them in the end
Waited over a week for delivery and again had to call them to get an actual delivery date
Overall I’m pleased with my purchase, I think Powerbikes could do better, i.e. provide a delivery date and perhaps a guide on how to assemble or a least direct to a you tube channel or similar
I bought this kit in February 2019, mainly to provided a bit of help
with going up hills, it does this at a basic level.

Pretty good so far but..... the manual gives no hints on the installation if, as was the case with me, I only had the thumb throttle and not PAS. Also my bike has combined brakes with gear shifters and it was not obvious that the supplied brake levers were surplus to requirements. Also, on a very simple system like mine the supplied system cable is overkill, having three redundant connectors - brakes and PAS. It would be nice to have a throttle only system cable. On something costing over £500 I think it would be reasonable to supply a printed manual which actually covers the installation provided. Having said that, telephone technical support is first rate. Otherwise all straightforward.

Helpful and responsive in providing advice on ma potential purchase

I installed my eBike kit on my winther kangaroo cargo trike at the same time as I added a tag along (3 kids and me) and have had some really nice school runs with it. I still do a large amount of pedalling myself, but the hills are much easier and I still manage the 20-30km between charges.
That said, by myself I use the motor a little more to help me go faster. Drains the battery more, but oh my what fun 😂

First Class Service. Richard was very helpful in sorting out one or two minor problems with my conversion.

These guys are professional, patient and have an awesome support, you get fast reply and they solve your problem no matter what.

Absolutely fantastic service. Answered all my questions pre-purchase very quickly. Delivery arrived in good condition and exactly when it was supposed to. Helped with a couple of post-purchase questions very well.

Early days but rear wheel conversion kit purchased is working great, just completed 23 mile on / off road ride, very pleased.
