Simply awful!
First clean was done, windows left dirty & debris left in the corner of the windows. Rewatched our CCTV to discover the brush hadn’t even touched some windows. The water was just sprayed on and left. The guy sprayed our front door but didn’t wash it. Rang up and was offered a re clean. This was completed the next morning, and once again the brush didn’t touch the windows, and the debris is still in place. The bathroom window was sprayed very quickly and that was it! The guy didn’t even come through the gates to clean the window, instead stretched with the pole missing the conservatory door and windows.
Think these people need to consider if cameras are in place as it clearly demonstrates half a job is being carried out. Awful service!
Spoke to their main number and had the invoice wiped and sent all evidence across.

Hi Leonie, We’re so sorry to hear about this, and we’re glad you’ve been in touch with our Customer Care Team and provided the CCTV evidence.
This is absolutely not the standard we strive for, and the footage you’ve provided gives us the opportunity to properly investigate what happened and speak with the technician involved.
Thank you for your patience while we look into this. We really appreciate you taking the time to raise this with us and provide the evidence so we can address it internally. Kind Regards, Preen & Clean

Hi Craig, thank you for your 5* review! Kind regards, Preen & Clean
Waste of time and money
The good: customer service team are friendly and helpful
The bad: windows were still dirty every time they came, with dirty marks, streaks and droplets all over them. Tried them for 3-months to give them a chance, but it did not get any better. I did try a reclean with them after one of the cleans they did - but it took them two further attempts to get the windows anything close to clean.
Just couldn't face having to handle constantly pestering them to come and reclean after repeated bad jobs - I would not recommend going for this service.
Additionally, closing the subscription with them could not be done through their online dashboard and had to be done over the phone. I have seen others who have had them continue to visit and charge after cancelling, hopefully I do not have the same experience.

Resposta da Preen & Clean
Hi HG, Thank you for your kind words about our Customer Cervice Team, we’re really pleased to hear they were friendly and helpful.
We’re sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the results of your cleans. We would, however, like the opportunity to look into this properly. As you’ve mentioned, our team did carry out further re-cleans when you contacted us, and you also noted that the windows were starting to get closer to the standard you expected.
With water-fed window cleaning, it can sometimes take a few cleans to fully remove the build-up left behind by previous soaps, chemicals and cleaning methods before achieving consistently streak-free results.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to identify your account from the information in this review alone. If you could contact our Customer Care Team with your name, address or another identifying detail, we’d be happy to locate your account, review the history of your cleans and look into the concerns you’ve raised, including the cancellation.
We’d genuinely appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further. Kind Regards, Preen & Clean.
