Preen & Clean Opiniões

This is the first clean and all is good. They completed clean as notified and to a good standard.

First time user of this service.
Windows and sils sparkling, kept informed of arrival time, very friendly operator, took his time and made a great job.
Like the idea of rewards also the knowledge that next clean is already booked.
Preen and Clean have a professional and well organised approach. Overall very pleased with the service provided.

Most of the windows cleaned really well apart from back bedroom window and window sill
Very polite lad.

Just had my first clean, got a text day before to say they were coming, arrived on time and very friendly, cleaned windows and straight away I could tell the difference, we'll pleased,im trying to get more recommends to build my pot up.if anybody goes with these they will not be disappointed,if your not happy they will come back and clean again for free.

They message the day before with an approximate time. Windows have never looked so clean. Great job done and the window sills. I got rid of my last window cleaner as they never looked great, so glad I got in touch with this company and gave them ago. Would highly recommend. Everything is done through your account and making payment is so easy.

This was our first time using Preen & Clean and I’m very happy with the service from start to finish. I recieved a message the day before to confirm the clean was booked in for the next day. The cleaner was very professional and friendly it was a completely hassle free service. Once the job was completed I received an invoice to pay online which is very easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend

First time we've used your company , I knew it wasn't going to be perfect first time as we'd had a new roof so they were a mess. Window cleaner was very plesent and polite thank you

Communication with the company was excellent.
Daniel was very professional and efficient.

Excellent service, friendly and very professional, would definitely recommend. Thank you.

I had recently left one cleaner due to unreliability. I saw Preen and Clean working on a neighbour's house. I saw how rigorously he worked. I took his details and then he gave me details of Preen and Clean. 1st 6 months discounted then full price. He came yesterday and the windows look gleaming! Very happy! Thank you.

The windows look great, and very happy. Thanks

I had my first wash with Preen & Clean last week, and was really impressed. My previous cleaner used a bucket and ladders, and I believe washed my windows with dirty water.
The difference with the hot water, and brushes used by Preen & Clean really made a massive difference. Leon, who did my windows, was very friendly. I am really pleased, and would highly recommend them.

First clean and happy with results thanks

First hot wash window clean by Brian from Preen & Clean. Got regular updates before arrival. Knocked on the door to say Hello & to let us know he was about to start. Really nice & friendly. Washed all windows & doors. Did a great job. Highly recommend. Thank you 🤩

Very good operative all clean and sparkling
Can he come again

Had my windows cleaned last week by preen and clean
Nice to actually have them cleaned now
Thank you to Luke
I’ve booked regular 4weekly cleans

Absolutely abismal customer service. Failed to arrive, said unable to complete with no explanation. I’d already paid as I’ve used this company for 40+ cleans. But even though I have messaged and rang no one comes back to me. Reorganised another twice and still not turned up with no explanation. Never had a problem before but feel as though I’m banging my head against a brick wall.

Just moved in and my windows and doors had been cleaned for what looked like years! Well now they are absolutely sparkling so thank you very much, nice efficient service and received an invoice and payment details almost instantly which is very helpful. Definitely recomment
