There are things that are slow…ads going live!
There are things that are slow at Preloved ie: time it takes for ads to go live from new and changes to text in ads you wish to up date.
However my experience of service from a lady called 'Holly', has always been really good and if l were ever to go back in to business(heaven forbid at my age) l would like to have her on my team. Thank you Holly.
What more can l say other than the property pages are not seeing the same amounts of ads as some 6+ years ago. However, this is not a fault of Preloved, it is how the market changed over the years due to covid, Rus/UA war and other economic situations.

Great customer help
I didn't realise I still had a subscription. I asked them to refund me as I don't use the website. They did so straight away. Excellent customer service. I was very surprised after lots of negative experiences with other online businesses recently.

Preloved is one of the best selling platforms

Be very careful if buying a pet
Be very careful if buying a pet on Preloved as you might find a lack of care once you have bought it.
I bought a kitten there and was very careful as it is clear that any scally could be offering them for sale.
After a while I got in touch with the seller as I was worried about my cat's health and asked her if any of her cats/kittens had the same symptoms. In spite of reminders, she failed to reply. Preloved claimed to have requested her to contact me but she still failed to do so. I even got in touch with their parent company The Hut Group (THG) and then Preloved claimed to escalate the request but still nothing.
I then found that those selling animals do not have to sign any declaration. All they have to do is to agree to Preloved's Ts & Cs, whatever those are. I have also asked numerous times for a copy of these and still nothing.
To me this demonstrates a total lack of care shown towards animals advertised on their website and I would urge others to look elsewhere. After all, the responsibility towards a pet does not stop when money has changed hands but is ongoing and enshrined in the Animal Welfare Act 2006.

The very best customer service on…
The very best customer service on Earth, absolutely deserve 10 stars, this is one company that has it together, the customer service for any company is important because it is the 'face' of the company. I have used the site for some years and normally everything goes according to plan. Some time ago l encountered a problem that could have caused by anything but Holly and the team were on it within minutes and also messaged very often to ask about any change. I doubt there is any company that would do this, it means they care about the company and the users of their site, it also helps them keep their jobs unlike OLX that over the years has closed in almost all countries due to bad service. If you have a problem message Holly, she will help you l guarantee.
