If I could score zero I would my daughter purchased a Kia Sportage from this garage and the car set fire after they did a service on it the fire brigade said it was a right off plus the garage management said he would not put his family back in this vehicle it took them over six months to repair then they tried to make her take it back they tell lies to Kia and to their customers the car is now on their four court for sale reg RK22UEE keep clear of this vehicle

Kelly at the service desk was so helpful. She made the experience stress free and asked what time I needed the car back for so I could avoid the traffic. Text sent to say when the car was ready. Perfect.

I recently purchased a car for my daughter from Premier Kia Rochdale. I was unable to view the car before purchase but the videos and pictures sent by Shaun the sales person were great. Shaun was on hand at all times to make sure the transaction went through smoothly. The after sales help given was also excellent. I would definitely recommend this garage for a very hassle free buying experience.

We had a positive experience at the dealership. We had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Kia Rochdale to explore and test drive the EV4. Although there was an initial misunderstanding regarding the appointment, Paul provided excellent assistance, guiding us through the available models and trims and subsequently arranging a test drive. His support was invaluable, and we felt comfortable throughout the process.
The dealership offered ample and accessible customer parking, and its location was readily identifiable.

I would choose 0 stars if this was an option. I called up to discuss warranty on the screen unit to be given incorrect information and to be told that they would call me back - another lie. After speaking with Oldham Kia, I was told that the screen unit was in fact under warranty and they would preform a diagnostic to see the fault. If you need support with your Kia - I’d recommend going to Oldham instead.

Premier Kia Rochdale were fantastic to deal with. Of special was sales man Brian, who was knowledgeable, really knew his stock and I'd recommend seeking him out if you're looking to buy from them.

I rang up on Friday 12th Dec due to a suspected fault. Another local Kia garage told me to pop in mid January, which is obviously absurd!! I rang Kia Rochdale and spoke to Adrian, he was really helpful and told me to pop in on Mon 15th Dec. On arrival, the friendly lady took my keys and told me to get myself a drink and take a seat. They checked for any faults- thankfully there wasn’t any and I was able to drive away 30mins later. Thanks so much.

As I arrived I was welcomed with a smiling face and a handshake. Charlie introduced himself and firstly offered me a coffee, we went and sat down and discussed several options into buying the car I had chose.
We then went on a test drive ,Charlie is very professional and guided me with all the instruments on the vehicle.
After the test drive we talked some more then I departed to deliberate what options I had been given.
On the Sunday I returned to yet another polite welcome, then we arranged the option that I had chosen.
I have had my car for two weeks and I enjoy discovering new features within the car.05

This was our second car buying experience from Premier Rochdale (that speaks volumes alone). There is no pushy sales tactics, all staff are friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome.

From start to finish Brian at kia Rochdale couldn't have been more helpful, the whole process was fully explained and any questions I had were easily explained, the only little bit of disappointment I had was that I was under the impression that the car would have car mats and a luggage net neither was included, other than that I'm very happy with my 2025 kia picanto 1.2 GT Line S 5dr automatic.

Had a great experience with premier rochdale which serviced my car it was the first service. It was picked up at 8 30am and delivered back to me just after lunch.
