My car was recently at Premier Automotives Rochdale due to the engine managment light coming on. I was given a courtesy car and kept informed on a daily basis by Kelly of what they were doing and expected timescale for return of my car. Overall brilliant service from lovely people

Superb experience from start to finish. I was contacted beforehand to confirm my booking for my annual service and the time scale was clearly explained. Purchased a second hand Suzuki Vitara from here. Gary Coleman looked after me from start to finish and provided an excellent service. He kept me informed of progress throughout and even sent a detailed video of the car. Pick up was faultless and the car was prepared well - could not ask for more. Excellent service from a great company, would not hesitate to recommend!

From speaking to Kelly a very helpful receptionist in the Rochdale premier Kia service department who sent out Adrian one of the Kia Technicians. Adrian arrive within an hour of the phone call to diagnose a fault on a Kia picanto immediately. Both employees were very amiable, courteous and professional. Communication and knowledge on the Sportage from Paul was fantastic right from the start. This is the 4th car from this garage as the experience I have had over the last god knows how many years has been fantastic, and to be honest faultless.
