Not a review but OMGGGG the review I’ve seen so far are alarming wth😭people keep saying it trash whilst others say it’s really amazing.Now I don’t know whether to order or not😔

I ordered two plus size oversized hoodies 1 in a uk size 26 the other uk 24 the 26 sized one fits a uk 8 . Their sizing is horrendous. Some materials strech perfectly where as others don’t. Also one hoodie that I ordered was supposed to be white and I recieved a stone hoodie. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’m not happy with the quality of the clothes. I had ordered four dress and two of them are faulty. What you see on the website is completely different to what you get. I suggest to better the quality as it does not last long. I won’t be shopping at prettylittlething as I’m not satisfied with my order.

Shocking lack of customer service. I ordered an item for delivery 11th December which according to customer services "failed to process and was not in their system. Customer service said they "understood" how important this order was to me as it was purchased for Christmas but then promptly said a replacement order would not arrive in time, so they would refund my order. As this order is very important to me I have now had to order the item again and pay £5.99 for urgent delivery to receive the item for Christmas. As this is wholly the fault of Pretty Little Thing to process and deliver my item in the first place, I asked that the next day delivery charge of £5.99 be credited to my account. Nothing. No reply - even after asking very politely - twice. This is abysmal lack of customer service. I would advise other people to NOT order from this company if this is the lack of service they can expect. Quite disgusting.

Cheap clothing, lining does line up and when i wore the jumper. The lining slips out from underneath. I basically paid for a half finished item that was made cheaply. It is such a waste to the environment as I just could not wear this!

order came broken. messaged them about it. never heard back. customer service AWFUL

Ordered embroidered tops, the stitching was faulty on both of them so I'm returning. Ordered a Medium top and it's about a size 20. Ordered a size 20 bra crop top and it's about a size 16. First order and not impressed to be honest.

My order never arrived due to the package getting lost in transit. I contacted PLT on WhatsApp. Josh and Annie have provided 10/10 customer service. Josh was lovely to talk to about my concerns and within a day I have received a confirmation message from Annie that my refund is being processed.

The clothing is excellent quality and is very well priced. I have ordered of pretty little thing multiple times and every time the package has come a lot earlier than predicted. An their refunds come through the day you are told about them. They have excellent respectful customer service and I will continually buy from them.

i hate this place, i've ordered a few times the first 2 times was decent . i ordered the other day i got a sweatshirt and the badge came off it . i ordered a fleece 2 months ago it didn't look anything like the picture in the picture it didn't have a hood and pocket and when i got it it had a hood and pockets and it wasn't even the same colour i though maybe they sent me the wrong one but it had the same number on it as the one online doesn't really make sense to me: also the tops are so thin and see through its not worth the money

Was a little worried about the clothes being too small in my usually size after reading reviews but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived and they all fit perfect! Only down side was that my delivery was delayed due to it taking away for Royal Mail to recover my order however I spoke to customer services who apologised and refunded my delivery fee and a sorry. Would use again.

I don't know, on delivery they are top, fast and reliable, but my recent orders made me feel so insecure because of the sizing. I loved the style and quality but, sizing is totally wrong, I ordered my size totally small, 2 sizes up still small, 3 sizes up was a 'maybe' but still not suited me... So probably no more clothes orders from me.

Delivery is really fast but the quality of the clothes has deteriorated massively over the last year, the prices have gone up and the clothing is now worse than primark!
Previously I shopped her loads and had some nice things, Everything I have ordered in the last 4 months I have had to send back. Sometimes they have sent me the completely wrong item to what I have ordered. Returns are easy enough but for all the faff I just won’t order from here again

My order came in 5 days prior to delivery which was during Christmas season.

Rubbish customer service. I’ve been told I have to drive back to my old home town because I accidentally sent it to my old address. That’s an irrelevant 1 hour drive I’ve got to make into a tier 3 city, if I get rona I know who I’m blaming. PRETTYLITTLETHING ARE RUBBISH. Always have been always will be. They work with people like molly mae yet there clothes are half high standard as that weird women is! Terrible services, terrible staff, terrible business

Half my order was stolen and I tried to contact PLT but couldn't find how, so i emailed the email that was with my tracking /order details and they haven't responded!

Delivery delayed 3 times. It was then delayed again on the Friday and didn’t even turn up at all even though on the email it said it was coming 3pm-5. Messaged pretty little thing as these parcels are for Christmas and they said I had refused it at the door! Sounds to me like someone just wanted an early finish on a Friday (Hermes for you). They’ve sent my parcel back to the store after waiting over a week for this parcel which I paid next day delivery for. I have had deliveries before from prettylittlething with items missing.

The quality of their cloths are just meh. The shipping is okay too. the good thing is that they are very up to date with the latest trends.They have pretty good customer service I will say that, I was able to contact them on Whatsapp and Ryan, Jessica and Charlie were very helpful (As you can tell I contacted customer service a lot). All in all i give it a 3/5 because its just very average.

I had a express package that was meant to arrive on the 5th of November but it was late so I got in contact with one the team members Nowman and they were excellent!! with the service they provided. Very understanding, quick and helpful.
I got a refund on my express package, which was a bonus! Yay!! Definitely makes a difference when you have someone that is really helpful. Nowman should definitely get a pay rise!!! 10/10.
