Zip broke on jumpsuit only worn twice! Couldnt get it up or down had to force it down. Very cheaply made.

This company sucks. Their clothes are cheap and this customer service is ridiculous. No wonder you are a 2 stars should be 0 stars. You need to go out of business.I will never order from this company ever

I wish I could give zero stars. First off my order took forever to get to me. It was two weeks post the delivery date. After the package was "on the way they then said one of my items wasnt in stock soooo. Also, the tracking that they gave me was sooooo inaccurate. When I opened my package the smell was HORRID. And I ordered faux leather so its not something I can just wash away. I tried on the clothes and all were huge. The size chart was inaccurate. One item had a huge hole in it. I reached out to customer service and the only thing they said is they could replaced or refund the item with a hole and I could possibly donate the other items. Are you Sh**ing me!

I bought 2 items from PLT UK and I am residing in the US, now I understand that it's covid but the items took over a month to arrive, and the tracking information for shipping would never update. 4 weeks in and it said my items were still in Jamaica. It delivered today and it still says Jamaica.
About the products- I ordered a size 6 UK, and I am positive I should fit a size 6 UK, because I've always fit that size from other brands with no issue, but the items were way too small. Like toddler sized. For one of the shirts, I could only fit my head. Material was thin and cheap. One of my items was a bikini and I didn't bother trying it on because you can tell by looking-- it's too small. And it reeked of vinegar.. some sort of sour smell, I immediately put it back into the package and washed my hands.
I am now pursuing a return process with a shipping voucher and hopefully customer service will oblige...

Never received my parcel, spoke with Prettylittlething.com on a few occasions who keep giving me different dates that I should wait until, it's now been over 2 weeks and they are still asking me to wait for update from courier, not received refund, every time I ask, they say different things, feels like there just avoiding paying refund. Won't order from here again

Bought some jogging bottoms for my daughter for Xmas. Only been worn 4 times and holes are appearing in the material. Very poor quality fabric. Disappointed

It's always hit and miss.....I have ordered a lot from PLT and sometimes I'm happy, other times I have literally threw away the items. Couldn't even give them away and not worth faffing about trying to return. My most recent purchase was a pair of split hem leggings. Shocking! Thin....see through.....poor. a off the shoulder knitted jumper, very nice! Not like the picture but ok....a pair of ripped Jean's. UK size 12....I cant even get them up never mind fasten them. I'm a uk 12....I would of had to buy a 16 just to get these on. Not good. All in all I'd buy lounge wear, but nothing for a nice day/night out.

Bought a size 7 shoe which I have done previously through pretty little thing and when they arrived they were too small. I compared my last purchase of size 7 with these ones and the sizing is way off! Might I add they were also "suppose" to be for a wide foot and that was a lie! Talking to customer service and apparently Umair isn't able to re order a new pair and have them sent out but they most definitely want there shoes back 🙄

Its a real gamble with the shape jeans i orders 3 pairs size 10s and a 2 inch difference in size between smallest and largest waist only ended up keeping one pair that fitted ,so i would say you cant order in confidence and you would have to order a few of the same size ,not ideal

Very disappointed with their customer service - very rude and unprofessional.
I have received an item that was full of pilling, and was washed out, clearly used item that just had a new tag put back on. Instead of solving this, I received an email with a lesson on how pilling works and that I can get this fixed myself...this is NOT going an extra mile for customers. I will not be ordering from them again!

Items thin, cheap looking and see through. You'd exspect a decent pair of jogger bottoms to not show your underwear as a standard bur not with PLT. Everything was so cheap, tacky looking and not worth the cost. Iv seen better products in primark for half the price. Wouldnt recommend. Wouldnt be buying ever again.

Ordered some joggers. All were absolute horrible fit. They looks so cheap. After wearing one pair about 4 times (hadn't been washed yet) they went all bobbly. They looked like I had had then for about 2 years. I've had better quality from primark.

This is a review of prettylittlething.com UK not Au. Fast delivery but absolutely hideous quality. Very thin material, wonky gathered seams, dreadful style and fit, nothing like advertised product. Have had better quality at cheaper price from street markets. Utterly dreadful. Will never purchase from there again and would warn against anyone considering buying from there.

Hit and miss with the sizing! I have a 23 inch waist and I’m a size 6 . Ordered 5 pairs of shorts, 2 of them fit fine (basics) and 3 of them were too small? This is very confusing. My fault for buying cheap tat !

When they did arrive the garments where shocking quality and didn't fit
I have now had 38 emails back and forth to this company including proof of goods being returned complete with tracking number.
They just answer with the same questions over and over again
I seems that they will never ever honour their returns policy.
Now not only out of pocket for cost of returned items but also the postage paid by me to return them

I ordered a few things from prettylittlething and all the clothes and materials were amazing, BUT I had my jumper on a few days ago what i ordered and I’ve ended up in rashes and bites. I have heard rumours about fleas but people have said prettylittlething dealed with that rumour and everything was clear... obviously not.

I ordered a red dress, it came and it was like a pair of 70's curtains, so unflattering, not A-line like advertised. It's not my body shape it's the fit, it wouldn't look nice on anyone. Very unimpressed. Also you cannot leave a review on an item which always makes me think that's dodgy! Don't bother.

I placed an order with PLT for next day delivery, but I am only receiving my items on the 6th march I messaged someone drop there team on whats app and they was very rude and refused to help they said they cannot amend or cancel the order, I asked to talk to a manager and this was also refused. This is a bad system people need to be warned about them. DO NOT USE PLT THEY ARE BAD
