I have talked to a few others storage places and I found claude to be excellent to talk to and to figured what was good for me very polite and not pushy as in what i needed and with me to get the right size thumbs up i recommend Price self storage highly

Just curious why I'm paying $14 to ensure my belongings will be covered in case of loss or damage. They are locked up in a cinder block unit . And how could anything be lost? Sounds as if this is a complete and unnecessary expense.

Very easy people to work with and the facility was clean. Carts are available to help with moving your stuff. Be sure to check the elevator door width as some items may be difficult to fit in.
The monthly rate was good until the last large increase.

Horrible customer service from supervisor inside. Didn’t want to honor online price and argues with customers instead of taking care of them

We walk to 4 storages...when I ask why we are not driving ...her reply was we only drive upstairs...I was discourage ...she never ask me if I didn't mind walking...it was a bad experience...I also mention I had renters insurance policy...she told me I could not use my policy. ...for the first month..

I had gone Public Storages about 4 of them and was not please at All.. I will always use the services of this storage building from now on. Price Self Storage probably deserves a 5 star, however it was the first place I come to for my storage needs. I'm not familiar with others. I can't believe there might a better storage facility.
