Nice quality materials and custom printing looks great, but the sizing seems inconsistent. I ordered a medium cycle jersey (which was close fitted), a small technical tee (which was a little baggy), and a small vest (which was too big). The ideal sizes would have been M, S, XS respectively, which is a bit strange.

I can see you brought from our Custom Programme, where full sizing kits are available to hire by the club to avoid any sizing issues, I wonder if you were made aware of this by your team manager. The Jersey is a race-fitted item, so it would be a close fit and the active tank is a relaxed fit hence why it feels different. If you need any future sizing help before placing your order, please make sure to contact us. Thanks again

Bei den VK müssten m.M. nach klar erkennbar der Hinweis zzgl Zoll und Versandkosten nagegeben sein - habe für einen Warenpreis von 10 € schlussendlich über 30 € bezahlt :-(

Thanks for your review and I am disappointed you gave us a 1-star review for something which wasn't our fault. I have looked into the team store custom order and can see that there was an option to have 'free arm warmers' with your order if you added them to your basket in your required size and applied the coupon. However, as this wasn't done, we never received your order to process them So we never knew you actually wanted them :). If you have any issues in future at checkout, in understanding how coupons or offers work, please do call us and we can easily help you. Thanks again for choosing Primal.

De maat klopt niet. Veelste wijd. Invoerrechten kosten niet vermeld
Door de maatgids en reviews een maat groter besteld dan normaal. De fietsjersey en windjas zijn zeker 1 maat te groot. T sluit nergens aan.
Ook zou het fijn geweest zijn, van tevoren te weten dat er nog 27 euro invoerrechten bovenop kwam zo komen.

Thank you for your feedback. The item you brought is a relaxed fit, so no sizing up would have been necessary and I am sorry to hear that the fit wasn't as expected. You can return back to us for a different size or a full refund. All no UK orders are exempt from the 20% UK VAT and may be liable for payment into the landed country. We do not refund the taxes, but we refund any administration costs incurred in points to the same value to spend on our store. Not a great fit
The winter long sleeve ladies jersey is not a great fit - sleeves quite long, slightly tight in upper half. Bottom edge of body is quite tight and chest area not roomy but middle is roomy - so not a balanced shape. I am normally a 10-12 but bought a large on advice from a friend and pleased I did as I need room for a warm base layer underneath for winter.
