PrimeStyle was only given a photo of a necklace that I had broken and wanted to replace. This necklace was very important to me as I got it when I got engaged. They asked questions on size, number of diamonds, clasp, etc. All this was done online. The result was a piece that was even better than the original! I am one very happy customer! Thank you!

The service was great, and I got my ring in a beautiful gift box when, I open it was amazed to see this gorgeous ring.

I have now made three purchases from them and was very pleased. This last order was not what I expected. The ring was extremely light weight and just not what I wanted. I requested a refund. When I finally received the RA after requesting it 4 day prior, it was noted that they do not accept UPS returns. After spending 100.00 to make sure it was there within the 30day period, I am now being told I have to wait an additional 5-7 days to even confirm if the refund is approved. This time frame takes me right up to the 30day time frame. Very disappointed and not satisfied. I will never purchase from them again.

Did not get the necklace /pendant that I was promised when I ordered my ring. Design on side of ring small, circular areas not open. Anticipated mounting to be taller/higher and areas open as my ring that the design was from is. Will send photo if requested.

Since my wife lost her original wedding band, I had the choice once again to choose another perfect ring. I decided to order an upgraded ring with more/larger sized diamonds and sapphires. I shopped this ring through several sources and decided to try PrimeStyle since I could return if I was unhappy. It took a few weeks but when I received my ring, I was super pleased with the design and sparkle of my ring. It fits perfectly and I just love to look at it all the time!!!
