Problem order, but Primestyle offered to fix
order 118415 - called customer service before buying a $4300 diamond bracelet to find out bracelet width - which was my most important purchase criteria, but not included on the sale ad. Was told it was about 4mm wide. When received, it was 2mm wide. Had to pay $100 to send it back. Received a full refund, except cost to return. Owner called, and offered to remake the entire bracelet, even if it cost more to make it. Very generous offer.

Everything we have ever purchased from PrimeStyle is nothing less than perfect. The quality always exceeds my expectations, which can definitely be worrisome buying site unseen. It was easy to order a ring to upgrade my wife's wedding band.
It was easy to order a ring to my specifications. IT arrived well protected even though there was damage to the box. And the lighted jewelry was a surprised that highlighted the ring perfectly as an added touch.
