The best customer service as well as product.
I was unsure about the printer I was interested in and went ahead and ordered it. The following morning I got a call from to confirm my order and delivery delivery. I was able to ask questions and the customer service from Joseph was second to none. If I could give 10 stars I would. I know where I will be going for all my printing needs in the future. I can't fault the support, it was shear excellence. Great job guys.

I ordered a printer for next day delivery. It wasn't delivered the next day. The day after I was not informed by email about what time it would arrive. It arrived when I was out so it wasn't delivered. The next day I received no email to inform me of a time slot, but it was delivered - it was fortunate that I was in to receive. So, Printerbase - you as a company were great, but your chosen delivery service was as good as useless!!!!!

Fantastic people with excellent, amazingly friendly and super helpful service from discussion re: requirements through to ordering, super efficient next day delivery & phenomenal set up assistance. Those we spoke with, spent so much time on the phone with us, patiently guiding us through.
They both made our experience of purchasing and setting up our new printer/copier/scanner a pleasurable and very smooth process over a 2 day period.
We are so impressed and delighted in our discovery of this company.

A good price - but what made the difference was the excellent customer service - I rang up to check stock and delivery as I'd had a printer die on me and the team literally ensured a next day delivery. They even rang me in the morning with an eta - great service, v happy
