Our American Office:We eliminate the language barrier by having full-time customer service and pre-press departments run from our Chicago office. We’re here to answer all of your questions, and to make sure everything about your order comes out exactly the way you intend it to. We also help you make sure your files are set up exactly right to prevent any surprises.
Our Chinese Office:We eliminate the international logistics and accountability problems by having full-time printing and logistics departments run from our Shenzhen office. Our team in China is at the printing factory regularly, doing press checks and quality control to make sure that every item we print meets our incredibly high standards.
Our Logistics Experience:We have the established trade channels to get books from the factory right to our customers’ doors with as little hassle as humanly possible. We even offer freight forwarding, air shipping, split shipping, and guaranteed delivery dates for expedited orders. We take care of all customs and importing paperwork and processes for customers in the USA and Canada, and for customers, in other countries we help guide you through the import process step by step.

Project can't out perfect & sales reps where so helpful!
My sales rep Laura was so helpful and helped me with every step of the process. This was my first large print project like this and she basically held my hand though the journey (which I needed lol) and even didn't mind with all the changes and multiple quotes! The cards in the end turned out perfect and came out just how I imagined them!

Proposal idea
I had the idea to propose to my girlfriend by creating a comic book telling a story about it involving our kids. The work was fun and when i found printninja to actually bring my idea to life i was blown away by the quality and fast affordable service. They were also very helpful and super easy to work with. My now fiancé and family loved the concept and it was a huge memorable event for us. I can’t wait to use them again to bring more of the crazy ideas that i have to life.

After reviewing the detailed and thorough notes sent along to you by Sam and Laura, it appears the confusion is that you were counting physical sheets of paper for the page count instead of each SIDE of the physical page. We count pages based on each side of a physical page. That being said, Laura will be reaching out ASAP to follow up further!

I am an artist making my first art…
I am an artist making my first art exhibition book. The process was easy, and any questions that I had were answered within the same day. When my book arrived it was exactly what I hoped a high quality art book would be. I love watching people pick it up and feel the matte anti scratch cover...that alone made it beyond special! Every image was spot on, every color was just as it is in real life. If you can't tell, I am super impressed. I plan on creating all my exhibition books with PrintNinja from here on. Thanks!
