Poor communication
I am set up for autorefill with PRJKT RUBY. I never get notification when a shipment is coming or when my account will get charged. Typically with other services, they send notifications for autorefills several days in advanced. I did not have enough time to update my shipping address and now cannot identify a way to change it. I love the service itself and the accessibility to contraceptive, but this experience was especially frustrating.

PRJKT RUBY has a terrible tracking and automated email system and they need to replace it. I keep getting OLD tracking numbers sent to me. This has happened twice now.

Resposta da PRJKT RUBY
Thank you for taking time to provide your candid feedback, and I am genuinely so sorry for the inconvenience—we are in the process of updating our old email system, and we will hope to greatly improve your experience in the coming months. In the meantime, please use code PRFREE for one free month on your next order. Thanks again for letting us know, and please give us a call or email us if you have any additional questions or need help with anything.
PRJKT RUBY makes it easy and affordable being a woman
PRJKT RUBY has made getting birth control accessible and affordable. I no longer have to go to CVS and wait in line and pay $50 for one month supply. Here with PRJKT RUBY I am able to have my birth control delivered to my home for $20/month. Every girl should know about PRJKT RUBY and that it does not need to be impossible nor expensive to have access to birth control.

Over 5 years and not leaving!
I have been using Project ruby for over five years now and I have never had an issue. It is such a great company. It makes getting birth control, which should be something so easy but in reality it’s not easy. but Project ruby makes it simple, clear and concise, and every doctor I have spoke to has been very helpful and answered all my questions. If you are on the fence do it it’s not worth dealing with insurance companies anymore and you don’t have to!
