PRJKT RUBY Opiniões

Overall, Prjkt Ruby is sensational, and I love them. My constructive comments at the moment are A) There is no means on the website to make address adjustments when one is traveling. It must be done by phone, and B) I've gotten something like 8 duplicate e-mailed telling me my order has shipped in 3 days' time. It didn't ruin my day or anything, but that many e-mails from a semi-official source tends to mean SPAM or something is wrong.

Everyone is always kind and helpful! They give all the information you need & answer all your questions. I’ve never had any issues, thank you Lord for these kind people and what they do

Support from healthcare professionals who truly care about you and your issues and products to help you.

Great quick service that’s technology user friendly

The entire process is super quick and convenient, from the forms online to speaking with the professionals over the phone. Thank you for having this service; it is much appreciated!

Prjkt Ruby makes getting birth control easy. I’ve been using it for a few years and I’ve never had any problems. Overall I am happy with the service.

Project ruby is always helpful, quick, and reliable. I really appreciate them!

I love that I can get my birth control delivered, it always goes flawlessly. I'm so appreciative of it, especially with the way things are going right now. Scary times we're in and I hope we'll all be 👍
Thank you so much.

I think PRJKT RUBY is an amazing service and has always been responsive to my questions and needs!

As part of the ordering process I had to meet with a Provider before they would finalize my order. I understand the need for counseling, but this Provider was dismissive, belittling, and refused to fill my request for no valid medical reason. I then sought out a different company, had a very pleasant conversation with their Provider, who (after receiving the same health information as the PRJKT Ruby provider) promptly filled my request and my medication is on the way. PRJKT Ruby needs to ensure their Providers are providing unbiased and proper care, especially with the current state of reproductive healthcare in this country.

I've been using Prjkt Ruby to order my birth control pills for a little over a year now. It's been incredibly simple and convenient. I also found that they offer the best price on medication compared to other similar companies. I've only needed to speak to a doctor or nurse practitioner twice now but they've been polite, prompt, and helpful each time. Customer service was quick to respond when I needed help changing some account info and fixed my issue within a day. Their "auto-refill" option hasn't let me down either, it's been consistently delivered on time. I would definitely recommend Prjkt Ruby and will continue to order from them for the foreseeable future!

Easy to use service. Doctors are very helpful in finding and choosing a different pill if need be.

Always on time! Never an issue

always arrives quickly! I had to call customer service once to switch the delivery address and they were very nice, quick, and helpful

I've been ordering through this program for a couple of years now and love how convenient everything is.

Never any issues, great service to use.Been using them for years

Great, efficient service. Unfortunately, the product was ineffective, but not PRJKT RUBY's fault, I assume.

Approves fast. Refills fast. Ships fast. Never had any problems. If there's ever been a issue I've contacted them and they have even rushed shipped my order so it would be to me in time for free when there has been a delay. Great service.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences working with prjktruby customer service for address changes and shipping issues.
