Our gut microbiome is unique to each of us much like a fingerprint. This means it is difficult to say how long it might take before an individual might start to feel the benefits.

We believe most people will start to feel some benefits after a month of taking probiotic. If you reach a month and are still not feeling any difference, our Head of Nutrition and qualified nutritionist, Rebecca, would love to speak with you.

Hi Sami,

Thank you for your review.

Whilst most people will start to feel some changes after the first few days of taking a probiotic, others may need more time. This is because our gut microbiome is as unique as our fingerprints.

We recommend taking a probiotic supplement for at least one month to give the friendly bacteria a chance to colonise the gut and maximise their effect.

I am sorry that your item has not been delivered as yet. We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 days except for orders made on weekends, as our warehouse is closed. Any orders made on weekends are shipped the next Monday with items likely to arrive on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.

If your items do not arrive by Thursday, please email us at help@probio7.com and we will look into this as a matter of priority for you.
