Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry that you didn’t experience an improvement in symptoms.

Unfortunately a probiotic supplement that works for one person may not work the same for another. Scientists are still unsure as to why the same formula may not benefit individuals in the same way.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused by both of these issues.

We have recently undertaken work on our site to make it more customer friendly. It seems some of these changes may have impacted the consultation page. These issues should now be resolved.

Our consultations are free for both new and existing customers, with no requirement to purchase a product before being able to go through the questions. Please email help@probio7.com with your order number and we would be happy to refund your payment.

Our nutritionist would love to speak with you in a 1-to-1 consultation. It is completely free and she can make more personalised suggestions based on your conversation.
