The flowers were nothing like the photos and the cake ended up being purchased at Mako (formerly bread talk). Very disappointing

The flower is great, but the delivery time need more work.

So so happy with ProBunga! The service was amazing, the flowers are beautiful and the staff is so helpful. They delivered the flowers on the same day, always communicating with me so I would know when it would get delivered. Would recommend 10/10!!

I ordered a Black Forest cake and two dozen red roses. The cake was delicious, and the roses were fresh and exactly as shown in the picture. Everything was delivered on time. Very satisfied!

This business is UNETHICAL and a SCAMMER! DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM!

Ordered sunflowers, they claimed no stock and want to replace with rose. In the end, order was canceled.

Refund has a shortfall of 6.4% of deducted amount.

It was a fault of theirs, and they SCAMMED me by refunding a smaller amount than deducted!

I take it as charity for a collapsing business!

My partner ordered flowers on Feb 12 and supposed to deliver on Feb 14. And they just informed us that the flowers were destroyed during the delivery and will resend it tomorrow. But we haven't received the flowers yet until today.
They didn't answer our calls too.
Very bad experience and was just read all the reviews and they experienced the same things.
And i received very bad quality flowers and way soooooo different with the photo. Pink roses with yellow ribbon 😭
The owner said she will give complimentary Chocolate but it turned to a doll i can't even named it.
Also, they called me after i put comment on their IG post, before it they never reply and answer my calls.

Customer Service is useless and very bad, they have been never answered customer calling even Whatsapp message. I feel very bad experience with Pro bunga.So it is better
not order from this one especially for important occasionally. Not professional in work and delivery time, quality flowers also not fresh in hand. Skip this florist from your list it's very bad experience

Expensive, almost-dead flowers. DO NOT TRUST the great reviews on their website. The flowers that were delivered were not the same as the photos they sent to me "just before delivery"and certainly not even close to those on their website. I organised flowers for a group from overseas for a friend's mother's funeral and they barely arrived on time, and only after much badgering. Moreover, the guests were shocked at the state of the flowers, which looked more like an insult to the deceased. How humiliating for us who entrusted Probunga to bid the final farewell to their loved one. The flowers were so withered that they could not be kept by the family the following day and had to be discarded. THE COST WAS EXPENSIVE for such poor quality and service.

They never seem to dissapoint and even if there is a delay they will always keep me updated!

Terrible service. Didn't even inform me that the flowers were out of stock and the delivered flowers were different from the description and it didn't come with a pot when the flowers were delivered. They don't even intend to give me a full refund despite their mistake and blamed me for it! Extremely disappointed with their service. First and last experience with this company. I'll just stick to other flower companies. Please be careful with their reviews on their website, it's fake. They only put the good ones and don't display the bad reviews!

I got a recommendation from my friend and after I ordered the service was really satisfying, very responsive and the delivery was also very smooth. Very good service.

The flowers are so fresh and arrange beautifully. I will repeat order again next time.

I received great service, very quick responses to my questions and regular updates on the delivery process. They went out of their way to get me the flowers I wanted and overall I am very happy with my order. Ordering from the UK I was originally concerned but found Probunga a pleasure to work with.

Good customer service, but flowers are not as advertised, totally different from the catalogue. They did tell me they "run out" of peach roses, so I had to choose other colour. Unfortunately my order looks cheap when it's delivered, considering the price. Quite disappointed.

Read reviews were below average. Bought anyway for my love who is in the hospital. They were supposed to be delivered. They said they delivered them. But they never arrived. Now I have to call Visa. This place got 56/100 online I just read. Boy was I stupid.

Dont waste your time and money here. I orderd something for my girlfriend and they send her something else without my consent when i  told them about this they did exactly the same with another item. Store owner called me to resolve the problem but the delivery man was already on his way. Also they didnt deliver on the right time so they even waster there own time. Please dont was your time and money here. Bad company🤢🤮

Edit: the note that i left wasnt right, after i submitted it i asked to change it and they said it was ok but they just left the first note that i gave them.
